    Abstract: An exemplary gate output control method includes the following steps: providing a gate control signal; using an angling control signal to angling modulate the gate control signal so as to generate a modulated gate control signal; and supplying the modulated gate control signal to a first integrated gate driver circuit and a second integrated gate driver circuit, to sequentially control the gate outputs of the first integrated gate driver circuit and the second integrated gate driver circuit. A duty ratio used by the angling control signal at the time of modulating the gate control signal to generate the modulated gate control signal for the first integrated gate driver circuit is different from another duty ratio used by the angling control signal at the time of modulating the gate control signal to generate the modulated gate control signal for the second integrated gate driver circuit.

    Abstract: A video searching method includes: providing a database for storing the data of a video, wherein the data of the video includes the colors of at least a key frame; providing a searching interface for an user uploading a key picture; providing a recording unit for recording the colors of the key picture; providing a performing unit for comparing the colors of the key frame and the key picture to judge whether a similar color exists; the performing unit computing the value of the colors if there exists a similar color; the performing unit sifting the video by comparing a threshold value and the value of the colors; and the performing unit sorting the video by the value of the colors to obtain a result list. By comparing the value of the colors between the key picture and the key frame, the result list is simply and quickly obtained.

    Abstract: A method of preparing graphene sheets. The method includes: immersing a portion of a first electrode and a portion of a second electrode in a solution containing an acid, an anionic surfactant, a salt, an oxidizing agent, or any combination thereof as an electrolyte, the immersed portion of the first electrode including a first carbon material and the immersed portion of the second electrode including a second carbon material or a metal; causing a potential to exist between the first and second electrodes; and recovering, from the solution, graphene sheets exfoliated from the carbon material(s). Also disclosed is a method of preparing a graphene film electrode. The method includes: dissolving graphene sheets in an organic solvent to form a solution, applying the solution on a substrate, adding deionized water to the solution on the substrate so that a graphene film is formed, and drying the graphene film.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a fine pattern of a semiconductor device is provided. The method includes forming a base layer, a first mask pattern having identical features of a first width with inclined sidewalls and a second mask pattern having identical features of a second width in sequence on a substrate, wherein a smallest distance between any two adjacent inclined sidewalls is equal to the second width. The base layer is etched by using the first mask pattern as an etch mask to form first openings of the second width and a fill layer is formed covering the substrate. The second mask pattern is removed to form second openings in the fill layer and then the first mask pattern and the base layer are etched through the second openings to form third openings. The fill layer and the first mask pattern are removed to form a pattern of the base layer having identical features of a third width, wherein the third width of the features of the base layer pattern is equal to the second width.

    Abstract: A transparent layer and a phosphor layer are covered on the LED chip for increasing light emission efficiency and evenness of the LED. Based on angle-dependent emission strength of the LED chip, the phosphor layer is designed with different thickness or contains different phosphor powder concentration in different section. The lights emitted with different strength from different angle of the LED chip are transformed into uniform compound lights after passing through the phosphor layer that has different thickness or phosphor powder concentration. Micro structures capable of destroying the full reflection occurred on the incident lights are further configured on both the inner and outer surfaces of the phosphor layer to increase the light emission efficiency.
