    Abstract: Provided is an inner lining for backpacks or handbags. The inner lining has a receiving space constructed by folding and stitching at least one waterproof fabric. Multiple seam lines on the inner lining are covered by waterproof tapes. The inner lining may prevent the rainwater permeating into the receiving space through the seam lines. Items may be protected from the wet in the receiving space of the inner lining. Further provided is a waterproof bag having the inner lining. The inner lining is sewed in an outer bag to construct the waterproof bag. Multiple seam lines between the outer bag and the inner lining are also covered by waterproof tapes. The inner lining and the waterproof bag having the inner lining provide more convenience and safety for users in rainy days.

    Abstract: A tire positioning method includes the following steps. Four wireless signals transmitted from four tires of a car are received by a wireless signal receiver. Each wireless signal includes a uniaxial acceleration. One of the tires which is located at a first location is identified according to the intensity of the wireless signals. The first location is the closest to the wireless signal receiver. When the car makes a turn, one of the tires which is located at a second location is identified according to the direction of each uniaxial acceleration. The second location and the first location are both located at one side of the car. The direction of the uniaxial acceleration of the tire which is located at the first location is identical to that of the tire which is at the second location. The side of the car is right side or left side.

    Abstract: A touch-sensing liquid crystal panel is provided and includes a color filter substrate and a transistor substrate. The color filter substrate includes a first substrate, a sensing array, touch-sensing circuit contact pads, and color filters. The transistor substrate includes a second substrate and pixel units. In one embodiment, the first substrate has a first edge region and a second edge region having the same width. In another embodiment, the touch-sensing circuit contact pads are disposed at the first edge region and the second edge region of the first substrate, and each conductive pattern in the sensing array is connected to the touch-sensing circuit contact pads of the first edge region and the second edge region. In another embodiment, each conductive pattern of the sensing array includes two first conductive patterns and conductive pattern rows disposed between the first conductive patterns.

    Abstract: The disclosure is related to an examining system for eye gland function. The system includes a thermography unit used to capture an ocular thermographic image. The temperature distribution over multiple positions of eye can be found. A computation unit is used to compute mean temperatures for the areas of multiple positions. The temperatures are such as a reference temperature for a reference position and temperatures for multiple tested positions. The temperature values are temporarily stored in a memory of the system. The system further includes a comparison unit used to calculate the differences or ratios among the temperature values. The comparison results are output. According to one embodiment, the reference temperature may be a mean temperature within an area of an upper palpebral; and the temperatures for the multiple tested positions may be the mean temperatures of multiples positions along a line from left to right over the eyelid.

The vibrating unit includes a stiffness element on which a first material is disposed. A second material being a conductive material is disposed on the first material and is extended to the stiffness element to remove electric charge on first material. When a temperature is changed, a variation direction of a Young's modulus of the first material is opposite to a variation direction of a Young's modulus of the stiffness element. The unique attributes above allow vibrating unit of the MEMS apparatus such as resonator and gyroscope to have stable resonance frequency against the change of temperature.
