    Abstract: A digital flash charger controller includes a transformer, a power supply element, and an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC). A secondary side of the transformer is electrically connected to an energy storage device, and the power supply element is used to supply an electric power to a primary side of the transformer. The ASIC outputs a pulse-width-modulation (PWM) signal to control whether the electric power is input to the primary side, and the ASIC converts a sensing signal generated at the secondary side of the transformer to a digital signal, and tracks a sensing negative edge of the sensing signal according to the digital signal to adjust a cutoff time of the PWM signal, such that the next pulse positive edge approaches the corresponding sensing negative edge.

The solid fuel is apart from the liquid water when the sliding element is fixed to a first position by the withdrawing mechanism, and the solid fuel reacts with the liquid water to generate hydrogen when the sliding element is fixed to a second position by the withdrawing mechanism.

The hydrogen gas in the flow channel of excess hydrogen gas and an oxygen gas outside the flow channel of excess hydrogen gas are capable of mixing with each other in the second GDL and contacting the second catalyst layer to generate a chemical combustion reaction.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a bonding pad structure for integrated circuit devices which allows the active circuits to be placed under bonding pads of the device without affecting the performance of the active circuits. The bonding pad structure is composed of at least two metal layers overlying the active circuits so that the bonding pad may be subjected to thermal and mechanical stresses without damaging the underlying active circuits. The metal layer underlying the bonding pad is patterned and etched forming an array of openings in the metal that may take any shape, e.g. slots, grid, circles. The present invention enables a reduction in the chip area and eliminates the parasitic resistance due to long interconnection wires between bonding pads and active regions.
