    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sample extraction device, which includes a plurality of chambers arranged on a pedestal. The chamber includes a plurality of first chambers and two mixing chambers. The pedestal is internally provided with a first passage for communicating the two mixing chambers, and a sample extraction chamber is arranged in the first passage. The pedestal is further internally provided with a second passage for transfer and export of a liquid, and connection or disconnection between the two mixing chambers and the second passage is controlled by a valve. Sample extraction processes of the above technical solutions are carried out in a fully enclosed device, avoiding contamination of samples and extraction reagents by external environments, and avoiding environmental contamination caused by aerosols generated during the sample extraction processes. The sample extraction device is particularly suitable for extraction of highly pathogenic samples.

    Abstract: A method of processing point cloud information includes converting points in a point cloud obtained from a lidar sensor into a voxel grid, generating, from the voxel grid, sparse voxel features by applying a multi-layer perceptron and one or more max pooling layers that reduce dimension of input data; applying a cascade of an encoder that performs a N-stage sparse-to-dense feature operation, a global context pooling (GCP) module, and an M-stage decoder that performs a dense-to-sparse feature generation operation. The GCP module bridges an output of a last stage of the N-stages with an input of a first stage of the M-stages, where N and M are positive integers. The GCP module comprises a multi-scale feature extractor; and performing one or more perception operations on an output of the M-stage decoder and/or an output of the GCP module.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an isolation forest (IF)-based modular multilevel converter (MMC) open-circuit (OC) fault diagnosis method, including the following steps: sampling capacitor voltages of submodules (SM), constructing an isolation tree (IT) according to capacitor voltage data, and calculating a depth of each SM in the IT; and forming an IF based on the ITs, calculating average depths of the SMs in the IF, taking an SM with the minimum average depth as an output of the IT, and finally locating a faulty SM by an output buffer to realize accurate location of the faulty SM. Only capacitor voltages of SMs are involved, and no extra hardware resources are required. System parameters are not involved, construction of a system mathematical model and manual setting of an empirical threshold are not required, and the robustness is high.
