    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure include the detection of battery cell degradation. An exemplary battery management system can include a memory, computer readable instructions, and one or more processors that perform operations that include: responsive to determining that a charging state has completed, measuring a first cell voltage of a cell of the battery pack; responsive to the first cell voltage exceeding a reference voltage, measuring a second cell voltage of the cell of the battery pack; responsive to the second cell voltage being equal to the reference voltage, measuring a cell pressure of the cell of the battery pack at the reference voltage; determining a difference between the cell pressure and a prior cell pressure at the reference voltage; and responsive to the difference between the cell pressure and the prior cell pressure exceeding a threshold, identifying the cell of the battery pack as a degraded cell.

In one aspect, a converter circuit includes a transformer having a primary winding and a secondary winding, the primary winding extending from a first primary terminal to a second primary terminal, a first switch having a first gate terminal, a first source terminal and a first drain terminal, wherein the first drain terminal is coupled to the first primary terminal, and the first source terminal is coupled to a power source, and a capacitor having a first capacitor terminal and second capacitor terminal, wherein the first capacitor terminal is coupled to the power source. A ferrite bead is coupled between the first primary terminal and the first drain terminal, and a capacitor network is coupled in parallel with the ferrite bead and arranged to reduce radiated electromagnetic interference of the converter circuit.

A subpixel optics assembly including an optical lens may be formed over the at least one transparent refraction structure. Each transparent refraction structure may reduce the tilt angle of light that propagate downward into the photodetectors, and increases total internal reflection of light and increase the efficiency of the photodetectors.

A decoding apparatus receives the bitstream, decodes the received bitstream, and performs inverse transformation, dequantization, and inverse rearrangement using information transmitted through the bitstream. The result of inverse transformation, dequantization, and inverse rearrangement is used for the machine-learning task of a neural network.
