In one method, in a storage device set, a first group of candidate subsets is obtained, and the number of storage devices included in candidate subsets in the first group of candidate subsets is determined based on the number of copies specified by a backup task. A first group of subset codes of the first group of candidate subsets is determined. A second group of subset codes is generated according to the first group of subset codes, and codes in the second group of subset codes uniquely identify the candidate subsets. Based on the first group of candidate subsets and a second group of candidate subsets corresponding to the second group of subset codes, a target subset is selected as a backup destination of the backup task.

    Abstract: According to one aspect, a coherent lidar system such as a Frequency-Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) lidar system may be provided with a beam steering or scanning arrangement which provides three-dimensional scanning. By providing a beam steering or scanning arrangement which provides an approximately 360 degree range of horizontal scanning, and an approximately twenty degree range of vertical scanning, an FMCW lidar system may achieve a scanning field of view that is similar to that of Time-of-Flight (TOF) lidar systems. A FMCW lidar system with three-dimensional scanning may enable fewer FMCW lidar systems to be used to provide a desired overall scanning field of view, and also achieve a comparable overall scanning field of view as a TOF lidar system substantially without issues such as the significant movement of electrical components.

    Abstract: A method of electroplating a stress-free copper film on a substrate includes: providing the substrate; providing an electroplating bath that includes a copper salt, an acid, a leveler, a chlorine compound, an accelerator, a suppressor; and water; heating the electroplating bath to 25 to 60° C.; and electroplating the substrate in the electroplating bath to form the stress-free copper film while maintaining the electroplating bath at 25 to 60° C. The leveler is an organic compound containing an amine group. The method further includes annealing the stress-free copper film at 60-260° C. for 0.5 to 2 hours, or at 60-120° C. for 0.5 to 2 hours. A stress-free electroplated copper film is also disclosed.

A method of the invention comprises the combination of using a hydrophilic (meth)acrylamido monomer as one of major polymerizable components in a lens formulation for cast-molding of contact lenses, adding a post-curing treatment step which involves heating molds with molded lenses therewithin in an oven at a post-curing temperature higher than the curing temperature and under nitrogen gas flow at a higher flow rate, and using ultrasonic vibration energy for delensing. This method of the invention can be easily implemented in a production environment for enhancing the production yield.
