The present invention protects a method for relieving the attenuation regulation of an amino acid operon gene, which is modification of the amino acid operon gene by: removing a gene coding for a leader peptide and an anterior reverse complementary palindromic sequence in the terminator stem-loop structure, and maintaining a posterior reverse complementary palindromic sequence in the terminator. The amino acid operon particularly can be histidine operon, tryptophan operon, phenylalanine operon, alanine operon, threonine operon and etc. The present invention can be used for the production of amino acids and derivatives thereof in fermentation by bacteria, providing a novel method for improving the production of amino acids in fermentation.

When a modulator is operated to select only one of the first-wavelength LED, the second-wavelength LED, the third-wavelength LED and the fourth-wavelength LED to receive a maximum rated current, the drive circuit outputs four times of the maximum drive power to the corresponding LEDs; or when the first-wavelength LED, the second-wavelength LED, the third-wavelength LED and the fourth-wavelength LED receive a quarter of the maximum rated current separately, the drive circuit outputs a quarter of the maximum drive power to the LEDs separately, and the output pulse width of the drive power will be modulated to maintain the light source to carry a constant rated power.

Based on the file, playback of the video and movement of the ROIs may be synchronized.

    Abstract: The invention provides a contact lens manufacturing method for cast-molding of silicone hydrogel contact lenses having enhanced oxygen permeability without adversely affecting desirable lens mechanical properties (e.g., modulus). A method of the invention comprises adding a small amount of a radical scavenger (e.g., H-TEMPO) in a polymerizable composition for cast-molding of SiHy contact lenses) to provide the resultant polymerizable composition with a bi-phase curing profile at a curing temperature of from about 45° C. to about 100° C. With such a bi-phase curing profile, the resultant polymerizable composition can be thermally cured at the curing temperature to form a SiHy contact lens having an oxygen permeability higher than that for a polymerizable composition having the substantially identical composition excepting being free of any radical scavenger.
