Abstract: A method includes establishing an initial shot layout in which a number of shots are arranged in vertically aligned columns and horizontally aligned rows to cover a semiconductor wafer. At least one of a row of shots or a column of shots is shifted relative to an adjacent row or column of shots to establish at least one additional shot layout that differs from the initial shot layout in that shots in the at least one shifted row or column of shots are not aligned with the shots in the adjacent row or column of shots with which they were aligned in the initial shot layout. One of the initial shot layout and the at least one additional shot layout is selected as a final shot layout. The wafer is exposed to light using the final shot layout.

  • Publication number: 20110083496
Abstract: A method and apparatus provide for simultaneously moving multiple semiconductor wafers in opposite directions while simultaneously performing processing operations on each of the wafers. The semiconductor wafers are orientated in coplanar fashion and are disposed on stages that simultaneously translate in opposite directions to produce a net system momentum of zero. The die of the respective semiconductor wafers are processed in the same spatial sequence with respect to a global alignment feature of the semiconductor wafer. A balance mass is not needed to counteract the motion of a stage because the opposite motions of the respective stages cancel each other.

  • Patent number: 7262623
Abstract: A method and test configuration for performing a gross I/O functionality test at wafer sort is described. The method uses a current injector, such as a pullup or a pulldown on an I/O pad, to inject current at the I/O pad, and based on the resulting voltage, determines if the I/O characteristics of the IC meet the performance criteria set by a manufacturer. In some embodiments, the test configuration can comprise an output buffer, which can be a tristate buffer, and/or an input buffer for verifying the performance of those components. The method and test configuration allow such tests to be performed at wafer sort without a precision measurement unit and without direct access to the I/O pad to be tested.

  • Patent number: 7221123
Abstract: A battery container of an electric vehicle is installed on the battery container supporting stand of the electric vehicle body. The container is a composite type and formed through alignment and combination of first and second cases. There are connecting ports, mutually embedded and mounted, on the assembled sides of these cases. The connecting ports have positive and negative electric connectors that can be oppositely inserted and jointed. The electrodes of the batteries inside the two cases can be connected. The battery container supporting stand forms a shape of a supporting surface. To ensure that the cases are placed together on the battery container supporting stand after alignment and combination, the assemblies of the positioning structure are used to control the positioning of and detachment between the battery container supporting stand and the cases. The battery container of an electric vehicle can be easily detached for independent charge.

  • Patent number: 7104557
Abstract: An electric vehicle with an innovative folding and positioning structure of the head tube includes a head tube having a bottom connected to the top of a top tube through a movable joint, constituting the swivel part of the head tube. The top of the top tube has a ratchet edge in a circumferential design. The bottom of the head tube is installed with a ratchet block, being pulled up and down to joggle with or detach from the ratchet edge. A transmission shaft, pivoted and located in the slot of the head tube, can be shifted upward and downward. A positioning component, shifting downward through forcing the transmission shaft, enables the joggling between ratchet edge and ratchet block. An elastic component, which pushes upward the transmission shaft when the positioning component is in a release state, and then enables the detachment of ratchet edge from ratchet block.

  • Publication number: 20050279523
Abstract: A hidden radiating fin structure comprises a plurality of metal plates. Between the metal plates are connecting portions, thereby the metal plates can be stacked one on the other using the connecting portions. The connecting portion comprises a plurality of snap pieces and snap holes. The snap piece is formed onto two folded margins of the metal plate at a proper position and retracted to the inside of the folded margins. The snap hole relating to the position of the snap piece is formed on the main unit of the metal plate. The metal plates are hooked to each other using the snap holes and the snap pieces, thereby forming a hidden radiating fin structure that is hidden inside to allow the appearance of a neat and tidy exterior, and prevent itself from being loosened by outside impact.
