    Abstract: An expandable handheld pneumatic belt grinder includes a body, an expansion component and an operation component. The body has a receiving space, a pneumatic motor, and a rotating wheel driven by the pneumatic motor. The expansion component has an expansion pipe and an expansion rod which are connected. The expansion rod is coupled to the receiving space. The operation component has a support rod with one end carrying a driven wheel and the other end coupled to the receiving space or expansion pipe. A grinding belt fits around the driven wheel and rotating wheel collectively. A user changes the distance between the rotating wheel and driven wheel by choosing between two options: coupling the support rod of operation component and the receiving space; and coupling the expansion rod of expansion component and the receiving space, and then coupling the support rod of operation component and the expansion pipe.

A gas current not only flows freely between the first and second spaces through the first slits but also flows within the second space and passes the second slits, thereby reducing noise.

    Abstract: A handheld power tool includes a main body that contains a driving unit having a driving shaft that passes through a connecting seat and a connector and is connected to a workpiece. The connector has a ball seat swingably received in a ball socket of the connecting seat. A clamp mounted around the connecting seat serves to limit retaining balls arranged between the ball seat and the connecting seat. The connecting seat has an end cap. After the connector is angled as desired, the adjusting member constricts the clamp, and radially presses the retaining balls against the ball seat through the spring leaf, thereby fastening the connector firmly and preventing the workpiece from jigging during operation.

    Abstract: A muffling structure for a pneumatic tool is provided and disposed in an exhaust pipe of the pneumatic tool. The muffling structure includes: an outer cylinder separated from the exhaust pipe by an outer gap-channel and defined with inlet and outlet ends, with the outlet end having a stop portion; an inner cylinder defined with an upstream end and a downstream end, the downstream end passing the inlet end to protrude into the outer cylinder and abut against the stop portion. The upstream end protrudes from the inlet end and has a baffling plate. The baffling plate has an area not less than the inlet end and separates from the exhaust pipe by a gap. An inner gap-channel is formed between the inner and outer cylinders. A communication opening whereby the outer and inner gap-channels are in communication is formed between the baffling plate and the inlet end.

When a press handle is pressed downward to the bottommost, a rear section of the press handle is lower than a front section thereof. The rear section is substantially flush with a tail portion of a cover. A depression is formed above a bent section and the rear section of the press handle and the tail portion of the cover relative to the height of the front section. When an operator grasps a head portion of a main body, the thenar and the hypothenar of the operator lean against the cover. The location of the depression to rest the bottom side of the wrist is significantly lower than the top end of the head portion for the wrist to move downward.

    Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a compressed air tool having a silencer structure. A silencing element and an outer cover are disposed in an air exhaust channel of a main body of the compressed air tool. The silencing element has two walls and a channel. The two walls both have long slits, the long slits of the two walls are misaligned and not directly faced with each other. After the exhaust is inputted via the long slits of one of the two walls, the exhaust is flowed through the channel and emitted to the outside via the long slits of other of the two walls. Therefore, the air flow of the exhaust can be weakened, and the exhaust is then entered the countersink of the outer cover and emitted from the side hole, whereby the effect of silencing and reducing the noise caused by the emitted exhaust can be achieved.
