    Abstract: A light-emitting system is introduced herein. The light-emitting system includes an insulating substrate and a plurality of light-emitting units electrically-connected on the insulating substrate. A first part of the plurality of light-emitting diodes emits light during positive half cycles of an AC power signal. A second part of the plurality of light-emitting diodes emits light during negative half cycles of the AC power signal. The display panel is disposed on a first side of the opening and the transparent plate is disposed on a second side of the opening such that a space is formed between the display panel and the transparent plate. The humidity sensor is configured for sensing a humidity of the space. The first temperature sensor is configured for sensing a first temperature of the space. The second temperature sensor is configured for sensing a second temperature of the transparent plate. When the processing unit determines that the humidity, the first temperature and the second temperature meet a predetermined relationship, the processing unit increases a rotational speed of the fan.

The beam splitting module is disposed in the spindle and includes a beam splitter for splitting a main laser beam into a plurality of secondary laser beams that are directed into the chamber, and an outer reflecting unit mounted in the chamber for reflecting the secondary laser beams out of the spindle through the exit holes. The secondary laser beams maintain constant irradiation on multiple areas of the workpiece during rotation of the spindle.

    Abstract: A visible light communication (VLC) transceiver includes a substrate, a lens module and a plurality of channel units. The channel units are disposed on the substrate in an array to provide different bidirectional communication channels. Wherein, each of the channel units respectively includes at least one light-emitting diode (LED). The LED serves as a visible light emitter in an illumination time slot, and the LED serves as a visible light receiver in a dark time slot. The channel units can enhance communication bandwidth by using modulation technology such as spatial multiplexing or time multiplexing. The lens module is disposed on an optical path of the channel units. The lens module actively tracks the receiving situation of the visible light receiver to improve the signal quality of high-speed multiplexing communication.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting device (OLED) is provided, comprising a first electrode and a second electrode disposed oppositely, and an organic light emitting (EL) layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the EL layer comprises at least one organic light emitting material. In one embodiment, the EL layer is a dipole controlled organic light emitting layer, and the longest axes of organic molecules of the organic light emitting material or exciton dipole moments of the organic molecules are anisotropically oriented, such as arranged as an anisotropic array, for decreasing the possibility of exciton energy directly coupled into the cathode. In an alternative embodiment, a periodic array of nano-grating structure is formed between the first and second electrodes for decreasing the possibility of propagation of the TM polarized light. Accordingly, the light efficiency of the OLED is significantly improved.

    Abstract: A laser processing device has a laser source and a high speed vibration unit. The laser source has a laser-emitting end being capable of emitting a laser beam adapted to process a workpiece.
