  • Publication number: 20190145031
Abstract: An alumina fiber aggregate that is formed of alumina short fibers and has been subjected to needling treatment, wherein the alumina short fibers have an average fiber diameter of 6.0 ?m or more and 10.0 ?m or less and a specific surface area of 0.2 m2/g or more and 1.0 m2/g or less, and a residual percentage (%) of high-temperature-cycle opened gap pressure of the alumina fiber aggregate is 45% or more. A value obtained by subtracting twice the standard error of a length-weighted geometric mean diameter of fiber diameters of the alumina short fibers from the length-weighted geometric mean diameter is 6.0 ?m or more. A proportion of alumina short fibers having a fiber diameter of more than 10.0 ?m is preferably 5.0% or less on a number basis.

  • Publication number: 20190112140
Abstract: It aims to solve a problem that in a printer including a mixture of sheet feeding devices for which points of view regarding the presence/absence of sheets are different, such as a deck-type sheet feeder and a manual feed tray, appropriate warning displays cannot be presented regarding the presence/absence of printing sheets in the respective sheet feeding devices, and thereby improve the operability of a printing system. In a printing system including an image forming apparatus and a print controller, the image forming apparatus has a deck-type first sheet feeder, a tray-type second sheet feeder, and a sheet quantity notification unit for the sheet feeders, and the print controller has a display unit. The print controller displays a warning when there are no remaining printing sheets in the first sheet feeder, and does not display a warning when there are no remaining printing sheets in the second sheet feeder.

  • Publication number: 20190009595
Abstract: A control apparatus accepts one or more job reservations for an image forming apparatus, and makes settings on a plurality of setting items for each paper type of paper used by the image forming apparatus so as to form an image thereon. In a case where selecting a paper type for which settings are made, the control apparatus determines whether or not there is a job that uses a paper of the selected paper type in the accepted jobs. In a case where it is determined that there is a job that uses a paper of the selected paper type in the accepted jobs, the control apparatus performs control on the selected paper type so as to impose a setting restriction to a portion of the plurality of setting items, and allow settings to be made on another setting items.

  • Publication number: 20190007571
Abstract: A print control apparatus to communicate with a printing apparatus includes storage, display, setting, and selection units. The storage unit stores identification information of a plurality of sheets in association with stored adjustment values of a plurality of adjustment items. The display unit displays the stored identification information of the plurality of sheets. The setting unit sets, based on a user instruction, the adjustment values of the stored adjustment items. The selection unit selects, based on a user instruction, identification information of one sheet from among the identification information of the plurality of sheets displayed on the display unit. Based on a selection, the display unit displays, in addition to the displayed identification information of the plurality of sheets, at least one of the adjustment items of which set adjustment values are stored from among the adjustment values associated with the selected identification information of the one sheet.

  • Publication number: 20170344688
Abstract: A processor of an information processing apparatus displays a first component in a state in which a first terminal of the first component is located on a second terminal of a second component. The processor displays, along a designated route, a first wiring pattern for connecting the second terminal to the first terminal and moves the first component to a first distal end of the first wiring pattern. The processor determines whether a pattern area of the first wiring pattern or a component area of the first component which is placed at a second distal end of the designated route overlaps any of first areas of already placed components or second areas of already wired wiring patterns. The processor finalizes placement of the first component and the first wiring pattern upon determining that the pattern area and the component area overlap none of the first areas and the second areas.

  • Publication number: 20170208186
Abstract: An information processing apparatus that is capable of resuming an interrupted process without applying the time and effort more than needed to a user. A data transmission unit transmits execution data to a process execution apparatus. A detection unit detects an abnormal state of the information processing apparatus. A reboot unit reboots the information processing apparatus. An obtaining unit obtains an execution condition of the execution data by the process execution apparatus. The reboot unit reboots the information processing apparatus when the detection unit detects the abnormal state of the information processing apparatus. The transmission unit transmits the execution data to the process execution apparatus based on the execution condition obtained by the obtaining unit when the information processing apparatus was rebooted.

  • Publication number: 20160246293
Abstract: In the present case, when one component of a plurality of components is arranged, an interference state between a first check region set to the one component and a second check region set to an arranged component near the one component. If the checked interference state satisfies predetermined conditions, an arrangement position of the one component is determined by permitting the interference state. Then, the first check region and the second check region are combined and the combined check region is used as one check region set to the one component and the arranged component. Accordingly, the arrangement position of a component to be arranged can be determined by considering arrangements of a plurality of components therearound on a board.
