Patent number: 9458328Abstract: Emulsion paint type damping coatings show an excellent film forming property even if it leaves at low temperature from 5 to 20° C. It does not generate a defective coated film like swellings after baking drying and brings out an excellent damping performance within a range of 20 to 60° C. That is, it contains one or more than two kinds of organic chemicals within a range of 0.5% to 5% by weight in total and the MFT, the minimum film forming temperature of the entire resin emulsion is within a range of 5 to 15° C. and the boiling point for a film forming assistant is within a range of 150 to 240° C., thus, it enables to obtain an excellent film forming property at 5° C. and even in baking drying and does not generate a defective coated film like swellings as well. As a result, emulsion paint type damping coatings bring out an excellent damping performance within a range of 20 to 60° C.Type: GrantFiled: May 20, 2008Date of Patent: October 4, 2016Assignees: AISIN KAKO KABUSHIKI KAISHA, TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Masazumi Teramoto, Hirotaka Maeda, Junichi Kawai, Yutaka Ohashi

Patent number: 8813905Abstract: A rotating electrical machine control device includes a target current value calculation section, a PWM signal generation section, a voltage application section, and a control section. The target current value calculation section calculates target current values of electric currents supplied to windings of a rotating electrical machine. The PWM signal generation section generates PWM signals for the respective windings based on the target current values. The voltage application section applies voltages to the respective windings based on the PWM signals. When the control section stops driving of the rotating electrical machine, the PWM signal generation section generates the PWM signals in which a timing of a pulse change in the PWM signal of at least one phase is different from timings of pulse changes in the PWM signals of the other phases.Type: GrantFiled: September 5, 2012Date of Patent: August 26, 2014Assignee: Denso CorporationInventors: Akihito Naitou, Mikihiro Hiramine, Yutaka Ohashi

Patent number: 6559193Abstract: Disclosed is an acrylic sol for a sound insulating underbody coating. It includes acrylic polymer fine particles, a plasticizer, a filler, a plasticizer, a blocking type urethane resin, a curing agent and a foaming agent. Since it includes the acrylic polymer particles as a major constituent unit, it does not generate a hydrogen chloride gas and dioxins when it is burned. Moreover, since the paint film resulting from the acrylic sol has a net-shaped structure by the cross-linkage reactions of the urethane resin, and since the bulkiness of the paint film is increased by the foaming agent, it has a good cold resistance and adhesion property toward automotive steel plates, and effects a superb chipping resistance and sound insulating performance.Type: GrantFiled: May 2, 2001Date of Patent: May 6, 2003Assignees: Aisin Kako Kabushiki Kaisha, Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Akira Nonoyama, Hiroshi Torii, Kazunori Ito, Yutaka Ohashi, Ayumi Takata
