    Abstract: An electronic device such as a portable electronic device may have display with a capacitive touch sensor. A cover may have a front portion and a rear portion that bend along a bend axis. The front portion may overlap the display when the cover is closed. Conductive structures such as a patterned conductive layer having elongated strips of conductive material separated by gaps or another predetermined pattern may be formed in the front portion of a cover or other portion of a cover that overlaps the display and capacitive touch sensor when the cover is closed. Control circuitry in the device can gather capacitance images with the touch sensor and can detect when the cover has transitioned from open to closed or from closed to open from whether the predetermined pattern becomes present or becomes absent in the capacitance images.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for evaluating a brightness measurement accuracy of a Demura equipment by generating a noise-added image by adding a random number to an original grayscale image and obtaining a measurement value corresponding to the added random number via the noise-added image displayed by the Demura equipment. The brightness measurement accuracy of the Demura equipment is evaluated based on a correlation between the measured value and the originally added random number to measure a brightness extraction performance of the Demura equipment. The method provided by the invention provides a quantitative and measurable determining method that may better reflect the actual performance of the Demura equipment.

In a preferred embodiment, the cell comprises the anode of Zinc, the catalyst of CoOx/C, the hydrogel of free-standing alkaline polyacrylamide hydrogel, wherein said hydrogel was first synthesized via UV-initiated radical polymerization of acrylamides, followed by exchange of water with an alkaline electrolyte of potassium hydroxide (KOH). The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing such an electrochemical cell and the use of a hydrogel in a metal/air battery.

After the phase of the target clock signal is adjusted, a second value is generated based on a second amount of time between a second edge of the reference clock signal and a corresponding second edge of the target clock signal.
