    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relates to the field of solar cells, and in particular to a solar cell and a production method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes: a P-type emitter formed on a first surface of an N-type substrate and including a first portion and a second portion, a top surface of the first portion includes first pyramid structures, and a top surface of the second portion includes second pyramid structures whose edges are straight. A transition surface is respectively formed on at least one edge of each first pyramid structure, and each of top surfaces of at least a part of the first pyramid structures includes a spherical or spherical-like substructure. A tunnel layer and a doped conductive layer sequentially formed over a second surface of the N-type substrate. The present disclosure can improve the photoelectric conversion performance of solar cells.

    Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to an apparatus and methods of an imaging device for obtaining images from the walls of luminal organs or a surgical cavity. The device is capable of passage through luminal organs or introduction into surgical cavities, and obtains images by rapidly scanning a focused light beam on the tissue to be imaged and receiving light from the tissue. The device comprises at least one mechanism for projecting a 2-dimensional (2-D) optical pattern, such as a 2-D scanner (508) or a 2-D optical array forming a closed loop scan pattern (506). The device comprises at least one other beam scanning mechanism, such as a rotary or angular scanner (510) such that cycloid scan pattern is formed on the surface to be scanned, and also has embodiments of focusing optics at different regimes of numerical aperture. The disclosure also describes methods for accurate image reconstruction with embodiments of hardware control and post-acquisition processing.

Given information about the CPE and the communication channel, the CHS automatically identifies a particular set of configuration parameters to be included in the customized configuration information and determines values for the set of parameters, where some of the values may be provided by the customer. The network node compresses the channel feature estimates at the first point in time by replacing them with updated channel feature estimates that at the subsequent point in time fulfils a respective threshold condition.     Abstract: The present invention relates to an aspherical multifocal intraocular lens with large depth of field, the intraocular lens having an anterior optical surface and a posterior optical surface, wherein one optical surface is distributed with an aspherical surface which plays a role of expanding the depth of field, and the other optical surface is distributed with a multifocal structure which plays a role of providing two or more focal points. The aspherical surface provides a depth of field matching with an absolute value of a difference in refractive power of at least one pair of adjacent focal points of the two or more focal points provided by the multifocal structure. The aspherical surface, on the one hand, allows a continuous visual range between the focal points and, on the other hand, extends near vision in the direction of near focal point through the depth of field, thereby enabling continuous, uninterrupted full-range vision and adequate near vision.

The solar cell and the method for manufacturing the same simplify the manufacturing process and improve conversion efficiency of the solar cell.
