    Abstract: This disclosure provides a LiDAR and a receiver and a method for receiving data of the LiDAR, and a computer-readable medium. A sampler of the receiver includes multiple sampling circuit groups corresponding to multiple sub-arrays of a photosensor array. When an echo spot falls on at least two sub-arrays, the sampler can sample electrical signals from the at least two sub-arrays by a sampling circuit group. A complete electrical signal from the echo spot can be sampled by a sampling circuit group. The integrity of an echo signal is ensured while the low power consumption of the LiDAR is maintained. The conflict between low power consumption of the LiDAR can be solved and integrity of an optical signal when alignment between an emitting end and a receiving end deviates.

According to embodiments of the present disclosure, an improved manner for transmitting a feedback during wireless communication may be provided. Resource blocks may be reusable for more than one feedback from more than one apparatus. Thus, the number of required RBs to enable interlace/feedback may be reduced.

    Abstract: A novel biomimetic nano-sphere M@P-WI includes PLGA nanoparticles and the membrane of breast cancer EO771 cells. The PLGA nanoparticles are encapsulated within the membrane of breast cancer EO771 cells, and IR780 and DDR2 inhibitor WRG-28 are embedded in the PLGA nanoparticles. A method for preparing and applying the novel biomimetic nano-sphere M@P-WI is also provided. The method utilizes the aforementioned novel biomimetic nano-sphere M@P-WI, to trigger the conversion of light into heat energy upon near-infrared laser irradiation. This “burns” the tumor and induces specific immune responses within the body, inhibiting tumor recurrence and metastasis. Under the action of WRG-28, it promotes apoptosis of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF), reduces the remodeling of tumor extracellular matrix microenvironment, enhances the distribution of nanomaterials within the tumor, and restricts the invasiveness of breast cancer cells.

    Abstract: A control circuit and method for an isolated switching-mode converter are disclosed. A secondary side controller receives and responds to a sleep control signal to generate a sleep request signal. When the sleep control signal is in a first state, the secondary-side controller enters a sleep mode and switches the sleep request signal to a third state. A primary-side controller responds to the sleep request signal in the third state and enters the sleep mode. In this way, the primary-side controller can enter the sleep mode in response to the entry of the secondary-side controller into the sleep mode. After the primary and second controllers enter the sleep mode, a majority of functional modules therein, as well as a signal isolator between the controllers, are turned off, effectively reducing standby power consumption of the system.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for modifying quality of service (QoS) flow for devices having particular device types based on cell congestion are provided. It is determined that a congestion level of a cell associated with a node exceeds a predetermined threshold, where the cell is providing communication to at least a first device having a first device type and a second device having a second device type. Prior to transmitting a packet to a component of a wireless communications network, a header associated with the packet is modified to include an indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold. Based on the indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold, a QoS flow is modified for devices having the first device type but not for devices having the second device type.
