    Abstract: Systems and methods for modifying quality of service (QoS) flow for devices having particular device types based on cell congestion are provided. It is determined that a congestion level of a cell associated with a node exceeds a predetermined threshold, where the cell is providing communication to at least a first device having a first device type and a second device having a second device type. Prior to transmitting a packet to a component of a wireless communications network, a header associated with the packet is modified to include an indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold. Based on the indication that the congestion level of the cell exceeds the predetermined threshold, a QoS flow is modified for devices having the first device type but not for devices having the second device type.

The resistive layer may increase the operating bandwidth of an operating frequency. The thickness of the resistive layer may be 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm.     Abstract: The present invention provides a control circuit of an isolated power supply and an isolated power supply. A secondary side controller in the control circuit can turn on and off a synchronous rectifier based on a voltage from a secondary side winding, enabling adaptive turn-on and turn-off control of the synchronous rectifier. Specifically, when the voltage from the secondary side winding reaches a second predetermined voltage, an instruction for turning off the synchronous rectifier is provided. The second predetermined voltage is adjusted based on a comparison between a time interval for the previous switching period and a predetermined reference interval. In this way, a delay from a turn-off time of the synchronous rectifier to a turn-on time of a primary transistor switch is substantially maintained at the predetermined reference interval. This prevents cross-conduction of the primary and secondary side circuits, ensuring safe operation of the isolated power supply.

    Abstract: A system for back-propagation free training of a tensor-compressed optical neural network (TONN) of a TONN inference accelerator. The system performs an iterative training process. In a given iteration of the process, a model input generator generates encode input data and encoded parameters, and the TONN inference accelerator is forward evaluated based on the input data and parameters. A loss evaluator receives an output of the TONN inference accelerator and evaluates the loss of the TONN based on the received output. A zeroth-order optimizer estimates a gradient of the loss. Then, in a next iteration of the iterative training process, the encoded parameters are updated based on the gradient of the loss as estimated in the previous iteration.

An application pipeline can include various modules and information such as their interconnections and a set of parameters to be tuned. The input data can be fed into a preprocessing module and then fed into a parameter search module, which can navigate through the parameter space and search for improved and/or optimal parameters. The search can progress to informed selections based on outcomes of previous evaluations. The parameters identified can be used by an execution module to execute the pipeline. The results produced can be evaluated by an evaluation module that condenses its findings into a single score, which is passed back to a parameter search module to inform the next round of parameter predictions.
