    Abstract: A data encoding method includes obtaining an attribute residual of a current point cloud point, binarizing the attribute residual to obtain a binary code of the current point cloud point that includes a first binary code indicating a first flag bit and a second binary code indicating a second flag bit, selecting a first context model from a context model list according to a first condition, selecting a second context model from the context model list according to a second condition, encoding the first binary code using the first context model, and encoding the second binary code using the second context model. The first condition and the second condition are different for the first context model and the second context model corresponding to a same index in the context model list.

The cleaning method forms an optical Tamm state by irradiating said structure with a light source to resonate, such that the optical Tamm state interacts with ambient substance to form a cleaning substance for removing pollutants. The present invention achieves the purpose of pollutants cleaning under the conditions of high transparency, high light transmission, and long service life.

    Abstract: A test method for a variable speed limit (VSL) strategy in a mixed traffic flow considering driver compliance is provided. A road scenario is built, and multiple mixed traffic flows formed by human-driven vehicles (HDVs) and connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) are set, which vary in CAV penetration rate. The VSL strategy is established, and a speed limit of an upstream of the bottleneck area is calculated based on the VSL strategy. A HDV compliance is established, and in combination with the speed limit, the HDV drivers are classified, and a proportion of the HDV drivers in individual types in the road scenario is determined. Based on a traffic flow scenario in which the HDV drivers and CAV drivers are located, indicator data reflecting traffic capacity is calculated. A test system for performing the test method is further provided.
