Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a lipid composition capable of delivering a nucleic acid such as RNA to a hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell or mesenchymal stem cells, and a method of delivering a therapeutic agent to a cell using the lipid composition. The present invention provides a lipid composition comprising (A) a therapeutic agent and (B) a lipid nanoparticle conjugated to a targeting molecule, wherein the lipid nanoparticle comprises an ionizable lipid, and the targeting molecule specifically binds to a marker of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells or mesenchymal stem cells.

In certain embodiments, the disclosure provides for methods and compositions for modulating SIRP? expression. Abstract: The invention relates to the synthesis of a carboxyl-functional, unsaturated polyurethane containing a perfluoropolyether block, which can be used as an easy clean additive in preparation of a waterborne, UV curable coating composition. The polyurethane can be prepared by a method comprising the following steps: a) subjecting a hydroxy-terminated perfluoropolyether A to a reaction with a molar excess of polyisocyanate B to obtain an isocyanate-functional urethane C, b) adding a carboxyl-functional polyol D to the reaction mixture, c) adding OH— functional (meth)acrylate monomer E to the reaction mixture, wherein steps (b) and (c) can be performed in any order, and d) neutralizing the reaction product with a neutralizer F. The resulting coating has easy clean and anti-stain properties.

Abstract: A fluorinated, alkoxysilyl-functional polymer is provided, obtainable by a method comprising the steps of: a) reacting an OH-functional (per)fluoropolyether (PFPE) with a polyisocyanate A under urethane formation reaction conditions, to obtain an isocyanate-functional intermediate B, b) reacting intermediate B with a secondary, alkoxysilyl-functional monoamine C, to obtain the alkoxysilyl-functional polymer. The polymer can be used as an additive in preparation of a coating with easy-clean, anti-stain and anti-scratch properties, which can advantageously be used for coating various substrates in consumer electronics or automotive applications such as glass, metal, metal alloy, anodized substrates, plastics, composite etc.

The jig is used for receiving a product and an adhesive, and the jig includes a light transmitting area. The moving assembly is received in the housing and connected to the carrying plate for driving the carrying plate to move into and out of the housing from the opening. The light source is arranged in the housing for irradiating the light transmitting area of the jig to cure the adhesive in the jig. The disclosure also provides a curing apparatus.

Abstract: A virtual simulation method for a conveying mechanism includes obtaining a data model of the conveying mechanism, creating a virtual conveying line according to the data model so that the data model is movable along the virtual conveying line during a simulation process, creating a target logic block used to determine an actual distance for which the data model moves each time during the simulation process, and sending the actual distance to a PLC, so that when it is determined that the actual distance is the same as a target distance for which the conveying mechanism should move each time, the PLC controls the data model to stop moving.

Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to a composition of a fluorinated polyurethane acrylate resin and a polyurethane acrylate resin, which, upon curing, is durable and has anti-stain and anti-scratch properties. The preparation of the composition is conducted with a one-pot multicomponent synthesis process, wherein multiple components are put together to carry out reactions simultaneously. The process is especially suitable for industrial scale production, and open for adding additive components to further adjust the performance of the prepared composition. The embodiments herein also relate to oligomers prepared in the synthesis process, as well as the use of the composition or oligomer to form a coating onto a substrate.

One or more keys on a first keyboard are selected by end-users to generate a chord progression, and a computer generates a chord progression MIDI file, and associates the file with a first physical card that is embedded with a unique machine-readable ID (UID). After the UID of the first physical card is subsequently recognized, the chord progression MIDI file is retrieved and played. While the chord progression MIDI file is played, certain keys on a second keyboard are highlighted, and each of the highlighted keys on a second keyboard represents a music note that is in harmony with a particular chord in the chord progression while the particular chord is being played, and one or more of the highlighted keys on the second keyboard are selected by the end-user to compose a melody.
