    Abstract: A temperature sensor includes a NAND gate and a plurality of delay units. The NAND gate includes a first and a second input terminals, and an output terminal. The first input terminal is configured to receive an external starting control signal. The plurality of delay units are connected in series. An input end of the first delay unit is connected to the output terminal of the NAND gate. An output end of the last delay unit is connected to the second input terminal of the NAND gate, thereby forming a ring oscillator structure. The temperature sensor can realize conversion of temperature-leakage-frequency based on the ring oscillator structure in a temperature range of ?40˜125° C., thereby simplifying design complexity and achieves high accuracy.

A charging end of a charging capacitor is connected with a charging current source and a grounding reset module, and is connected with the first input end via a third switch, and is connected with the second input end via a fourth switch. When the comparison result signal flips over, a control module controls the grounding reset module to switch an on-off state of a first switch group including the first switch and the fourth switch and a second switch group including the second switch and the third switch.

After the UID of the first physical card is subsequently recognized, the chord progression MIDI file is retrieved and played. While the chord progression MIDI file is played, certain keys on a second keyboard are highlighted, and each of the highlighted keys on a second keyboard represents a music note that is in harmony with a particular chord in the chord progression while the particular chord is being played, and one or more of the highlighted keys on the second keyboard are selected by the end-user to compose a melody.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a system for detecting an object. The system includes a processor, a capacitive sensor operatively linked to the processor, an RF reader, and an object with an embedded RFID tag. The sensing electrode of the capacitive sensor is made from a conductive paste. The RF reader is placed below the capacitive sensor and operatively linked to the processor. And the object is placed above the capacitive sensor. The detection ranges of the capacitive sensor and the RF reader overlap in space. And once the object enters the overlapped detection space, the capacitive sensor detects the object through capacitive coupling and the RF reader detects the object through reading the RFID tag. The use of conductive paste as touch electrode in the system not only substantially eliminates the bidirectional interference resulting from both capacitive sensing and RF identification, but also is convenient and sometimes cost effective.

An analog front-end circuit generates an A/D converter input signal positively correlated to a temperature and an A/D converter reference voltage signal negatively correlated to the temperature, and an operation is performed on a ratio of amplitudes of the generated signals to obtain a quantized output value. Since the amplitude of the A/D converter input signal is less than that of the A/D converter reference voltage signal, measurements on other signals is compatible with the measurement on the temperature in a multi-sensor system. A digitized output value is calculated by a digital-assisted readout method to generate a linear output relating to a temperature, thereby improving the accuracy of temperature measurement and reducing complexity of analog circuit design.
