  • Publication number: 20210221392
Abstract: Provided are a system and a method for testing an ability of an automated vehicle to pass a traffic circle without traffic lights. The system includes an automated vehicle, a traffic circle, a control center, an attitude sensor and a panorama camera. In the method, the control center receives a test request and then sends a driving command to drive the automated vehicle to enter the traffic circle to start the test. The attitude sensor obtains a tilt angle and sends it to the control center in real time. The panorama camera is configured to obtain a driving trajectory, a driving speed and a state of turn signals of the automated vehicle. The obtained information is compared to a standard by the control center to evaluate the ability of the automated vehicle to pass the traffic circle without traffic lights.

  • Patent number: 10991345
Abstract: To manage dynamic adjustment of the refresh rate of a computer display, the operating system defines at least two playback modes: one or more custom modes that can be selected by applications, and a standard mode which is a default setting for the system that can be expected by applications. The operating system provides an application programming interface that enables an application to request using a custom mode. If approved to use the custom mode, then the application presents frames for display based on the custom mode. The operating system stores timing data for each buffered frame indicating how to play the frame in both standard mode and the custom mode. If a transition back to the standard mode occurs, the operating system uses the timing data to properly present frames of video until the application stops generating frames of video in the custom mode.

  • Patent number: 10117136
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method receives a trigger to set up a bearer path connecting a first party (A) and a second party (B) via a media connection function. The method determines a predicted time gap between when the media connection function is expected to receive a bearer packet from the first party (A) and when the media connection function is expected to receive a bearer packet from the second party (B). The method uses the predicted time gap to delay connection setup toward whichever of the first party (A) or the second party (B) is expected to receive the bearer packet first.

  • Patent number: 10010308
Abstract: An image-guided system and method for performing needle biopsy on a moving lung nodule of a body is provided. CT images of the lung nodule are obtained to generate a motion model, based on which an optimal needle advancing path is determined. The motion of the lung nodule and the motion of a fiducial marker attached to the body are correlated. The motion of the fiducial marker is tracked and monitored by a camera to determine a position of the lung nodule based on the correlation. A time for advancing the needle is determined based on a motion attribute of the reference. The needle is advanced by a robotic needle manipulator at the predetermined time along the path to accomplish the needle placement.

  • Patent number: 9985273
Abstract: A preparation method of a three-dimensional nanosized porous metal oxide electrode material of lithium ion battery, which soaks a dried polymer colloidal crystal microsphere template in a metal salt solution as a precursor solution for a period of time, and obtains a precursor template complex after filtration and drying; heats the precursor template complex to a certain temperature at a low heating rate and keeps the temperature, and then obtains the three-dimensional nanosized porous metal oxide electrode material of lithium ion battery after cooling to room temperature. A metal oxide electrode material is manufactured, with the three-dimensional nanosized porous metal oxide electrode material thereby improving the ionic conductivity of the negative electrode material of lithium ion battery, and shortens the diffusion path of the lithium ions during an electrochemical reaction process, and improves the rate discharge performance of lithium ion battery greatly.
