Abstract: A paper cutting control device for ticket paper and ticket dispensing machine comprising the same, wherein the paper cutting control device for ticket paper comprises a driving motor (M), a first sensor (2), a cutter (3), a controller and a second sensor (4). The first sensor is located on an upstream of the cutter and used for detecting a spacing mark (B) between adjacent tickets of the ticket paper and sending a spacing mark arrival signal when the spacing mark is detected. The second sensor is located on a downstream of the cutter and used for detecting a front end of the ticket paper and sending a ticket arrival signal when the front end of the ticket paper is detected. A ticket dispensing machine has the paper cutting control device for ticket paper.

Abstract: A device and a method for controlling a bit density of a magnetic card (2) are provided. Said control device comprises a stepper motor (1) providing power to drive the magnetic card (2) or a recording magnetic head (15), a transmission mechanism transferring power to the magnetic card (2) or the recording magnetic head (15), a CPU (10) sending magnetic recording information, a track data encoder (13) receiving a magnetic writing pulse signal (CLK1) and generating magnetic writing data in synchronization with the magnetic writing pulse signal (CLK1), and a magnetic head driving circuit (14) outputting a magnetic writing control signal based on the magnetic writing data. The frequency of the magnetic writing pulse signal (CLK1) and the frequency of a driving pulse signal (CLK0) of the stepper motor are in a linear relationship. Said control method is a method for controlling a bit density.

Abstract: The innovation provided an approach to the great volume of data based dynamic policy model, which consists of the steps as the following: 1) User registration in the Differentiation Access & Application Control System (DACS); 2) After user log in Radius system, the user profile is delivered to DACS system where user profile can be recorded; 3) After logging in DACS system, user has option to subscribe the policy for the bandwidth, and the DACS system record the subscribed policy information; 4) User requests to use the subscribed policy via the interface provided by DACS system; 5) After receiving policy requests from user, the DACS system creates a thread which dispatches the policy ordered by subscriber. After finishing above, the result will be returned to subscriber.

Abstract: Method of traffic control for cross-carrier SMS application, the major feature is to set different RAM realization strategies and achieve traffic control over the operational process of SMS by setting different limits for different carriers including the overall limit, total traffic limit and individual user's traffic limit; 1) Different carriers adopt different overall limits: traffic limit is set for different carriers in RAM, based on differences of the receiving number's properties. 2) Overall Traffic Limit: It is achieved by setting a simple overall traffic limit. When the time limit is reached for sending the message, all sending modules will temporarily suspend the sending procedure for a certain time until the defined time. 3) The strategy of using RAM to restrict individual user's network traffic: RAM can be achieved through HASH MAP. 4) The implementation of RAM strategy: using RAM in accordance with different traffic control requirements.

Abstract: A grayscale printing control method, a device thereof and a storage medium are provided. The method comprises: determining the grayscale level of image data of each point in each point line and converting the same into multi-bit binary data; forming a data set using the binary data of the same bit of all the points in a point line, thereby forming multiple data sets; each data set corresponding to a predetermined strobe time, and the print head heater corresponding to each point heating upon receiving predetermined data during the strobe time. The present invention can reduce the number of printing strobes and the times of data transmission while ensuring printing quality, thereby greatly improving printing speed.
