Abstract: A method and system are provided for processing natural language user queries for commanding a user interface to perform functions. Individual user queries are classified in accordance with the types of functions and a plurality of user queries may be related to define a particular command. To assist with classification, a query type for each user query is determined where the query type is one of a functional query requesting a particular new command to perform a particular type of function, an entity query relating to an entity associated with the particular new command having the particular type of function and a clarification query responding to a clarification question posed to clarify a prior user query having the particular type of function. Functional queries may be processed using a plurality of natural language processing techniques and scores from each technique combined to determine which type of function is commanded.

Abstract: A computerized neural-network based mechanism for providing an intermediary configured for intervening in searches is described. Corresponding methods, computer-readable media, systems, devices, and apparatuses are also contemplated. The neural network can include a multi-headed attention layer. The intermediary may be, in some embodiments, a human “man in the middle” mechanism invoked where there is low confidence that pre-existing categories map to a user's search string. The mechanism provides a specially configured interface adapted to enable a search specialist to quickly select one or more categories that match or are otherwise associated with the search query from a set of acceptable categories. Received outputs and detected user behaviors are utilized to update a neural network model.

Abstract: Provided is a system, method and computer-readable medium for generating data that may be used to train models for a natural language processing application. A system architect creates a plurality of sentence patterns that include entity variables and initiates sentence generation. Each entity is associated with one or more entity data sources. A language generator accepts the sentence patterns as inputs, and references the various entity sources to create a plurality of generated sentences. The generated sentences may be associated with a particular class and therefore used to train one or more statistical classification models and entity extraction models for associated models. The sentence generated process may be initiated and controlled using a user interface displayable on a computing device, the user interface in communication with the language generator module.

The interconnect contains a stack formed on a substrate having a via and a trench formed therein, a first metal formed from a first material of a first type deposited in the via, and a second metal formed from a second material of a second type deposited in the trench.

In one embodiment, a method includes forming a first copper layer in a feature, forming a ruthenium layer over the first copper layer in the feature, and forming a second copper layer on the ruthenium layer in the feature. The ruthenium layer substantially locks the copper layer there below in place in the feature, preventing substantial physical migration thereof.

Abstract: A method of distance measuring includes obtaining a depth map and a stereo pair of images of a scene of interest, and enhancing a precision of the depth map based on disparity values of corresponding points between the images. The images have a higher resolution than the depth map. Enhancing the precision of the depth map includes determining the disparity values by optimizing an energy function of the images and replacing low precision values of the depth map with corresponding high precision values based on the disparity values.

These two regions are separated by a channel region. A gate structure is formed over the fins and channel region and in between the first fin portion and the second fin portion of the fins. The transistor device further includes a conductive structure. The conductive structure shorts the first fin portion of the at least one disabled fin to the second fin portion of the at least one disabled fin.

Abstract: Resistance increase in Cobalt interconnects due to nitridation occurring during removal of surface oxide from Cobalt interconnects and deposition of Nitrogen-containing film on Cobalt interconnects is solved by a Hydrogen thermal anneal or plasma treatment. Removal of the Nitrogen is through a thin overlying layer which may be a dielectric barrier layer or an etch stop layer.
