    Abstract: A lens antenna system is disclosed. The lens antenna system comprises a hybrid focal source antenna circuit configured to generate a source antenna beam for integration with different lens structures. In some embodiments, the hybrid focal source antenna circuit comprises a set of antenna elements coupled to one another. In some embodiments, the set of antenna elements comprises a first antenna element configured to be excited in a first spherical mode; and a second antenna element configured to be excited in a second, different, spherical mode. In some embodiments, the first spherical mode and the second spherical mode are co-polarized. In some embodiments, the lens antenna system further comprises a lens configured to shape the source antenna beam associated with the hybrid focal source antenna circuit, in order to provide an output antenna beam.

The top liner is formed such that a portion of the bottom liner at a bottommost region of the first trench remains exposed. The exposed portion of the bottom liner is removed, and a memory cell material is formed in the first trench.

    Abstract: The invention provides a combined engine braking method and a turbocharging control device, including an air injection mechanism, through which air is injected into an engine (including into an exhaust flow passage downstream of an exhaust manifold of the engine, onto a guide gate provided in the exhaust flow passage, turbine blades of a turbocharger or an impeller of a compressor of the turbocharger), the operation of the turbocharger is controlled, and the airflow and the pressure of the engine are regulated. By the combined use of the turbocharging control device of the present invention and an engine braking device, a high-performance combined engine braking method is realized. The system of the present invention is compact in structure, of a small volume and can be arranged on the upstream of the turbine or on the turbocharger to make full use of the turbocharger, thereby reducing turbo lag, increasing exhaust gas circulation, reducing engine exhaust emission and increasing engine braking power.

A pedestrian dead reckoning technology independent of an external environment is introduced during boundary positioning, and the pedestrian dead reckoning technology and other positioning technologies are integrated to establish a virtual boundary, so that positioning precision is high, and a precise boundary is established. In addition, it is not necessary to arrange a physical boundary, so that operations of a user are less complex.
