DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0031] Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a storage box structure 1 in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a first plate 11, a second plate 12, a third plate 13, a fourth plate 14, a fifth plate 15, a sixth plate 16 and a seventh plate 17 which are integrally formed with each other.

[0032] The first plate 11 has an first side and a second side, wherein the second side is formed with a plurality of elongated slots 111. Preferably, the first plate 11 has two elongated slots 111. The first plate 11 has a front side formed with a front snap piece 112 facing inward and a rear side formed with a rear snap piece 113 facing inward.

[0033] The second plate 12 has a first side connected to the second side of the first plate 11, and has a front side and a rear side each formed with a connecting hook piece 121.

[0034] The third plate 13 has a first side connected to the second side of the second plate 12, and has a front side formed with a front snap strip 131 and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip 132.

[0035] The fourth plate 14 has a first side connected to the second side of the third plate 13, and has a front side formed with a front snap strip 141 and a rear side formed with a rear snap strip 143. The front side of the fourth plate 14 is formed with an elongated through hole 142 located adjacent to the front snap strip 141 of the fourth plate 14. The rear side of the fourth plate 14 is formed with an elongated through hole 144 located adjacent to the rear snap strip 143 of the fourth plate 14.

[0036] The fifth plate 15 has a first side connected to the second side of the fourth plate 14 and a second side formed with a plurality of connecting hook pieces 151 each locked in a respective one of the elongated slots 111 of the first plate 11. Preferably, the fifth plate 15 has two connecting hook pieces 151.

[0037] The sixth plate 16 has an inner side connected to the front side of the first plate 11 and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece 163. The sixth plate 16 has a first side formed with a side hook strip 161 and a second side formed with a side hook piece 162. The sixth plate 16 is formed with a passage hole 164 for passage of the user's one finger.

[0038] The seventh plate 17 has an inner side connected to the rear side of the first plate 11 and an outer side formed with a upper hook piece 173. The seventh plate 17 has a first side formed with a side hook strip 171 and a second side formed with a side hook piece 172. The seventh plate 17 is formed with a passage hole 174 for passage of the user's one finger.

[0039] In assembly, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4 with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, the second plate 12 functions as the bottom of the storage box structure. Then, the first plate 11 and the third plate 13 are bent so that the first plate 11, the second plate 12 and the third plate 13 form a substantially U-shaped structure. Then, the fourth plate 14 is bent. Then, the fifth plate 15 is bent, and the first plate 11 is bent as shown in FIG. 4A, so that the fifth plate 15 is rested on the outer face of the first plate 11. Thus, the first plate 11, the second plate 12, the third plate 13, the fourth plate 14 and the fifth plate 15 form a loop as shown in FIG. 4. At this time, each of the connecting hook pieces 151 of the fifth plate 15 is locked in a respective one of the elongated slots 111 of the first plate 11. Then, the sixth plate 16 is bent inward as shown in FIG. 6A. At this time, the upper hook piece 163 of the sixth plate 16 is snapped with the front snap strip 141 of the fourth plate 14 as shown in FIG. 6, the side hook strip 161 of the sixth plate 16 is snapped with the front snap piece 112 of the first plate 11 as shown in FIG. 5, and the side hook piece 162 of the sixth plate 16 is snapped with the front snap strip 131 of the third plate 13 as shown in FIG. 5. Then, the seventh plate 17 is bent inward as shown in FIG. 6A. At this time, the upper hook piece 173 of the seventh plate 17 is snapped with the rear snap strip 143 of the fourth plate 14 as shown in FIG. 6, the side hook strip 171 of the seventh plate 17 is snapped with the rear snap piece 113 of the first plate 11 as shown in FIG. 5, and the side hook piece 172 of the seventh plate 17 is snapped with the rear snap strip 132 of the third plate 13 as shown in FIG. 5.

[0040] Thus, the storage box structure 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention is assembled.

[0041] Referring to FIG. 7, two storage box structures 1 are combined with each other. In such a manner, the connecting hook pieces 121 of the second plate 12 of the upper storage box structure 1 are inserted into and locked in the elongated through hole 142 and the elongated through hole 144 of the fourth plate 14 of the lower storage box structure 1 respectively, so that the two storage box structures 1 are combined with each other in a laminated manner easily and conveniently.

[0042] Referring to FIG. 8, three storage box structures 1 are combined with each other.

[0043] Referring to FIG. 9, the user's one finger is inserted into the passage hole 164 of the sixth plate 16 to exert a pulling force on the sixth plate 16, to detach the upper hook piece 163 of the sixth plate 16 from the front snap strip 141 of the fourth plate 14, to detach the side hook strip 161 of the sixth plate 16 from the front snap piece 112 of the first plate 11, and to detach the side hook piece 162 of the sixth plate 16 from the front snap strip 131 of the third plate 13, thereby detaching and opening the sixth plate 16, so that the user may take the articles contained in the storage box structure 1.

[0044] Alternatively, the user's one finger is inserted into the passage hole 174 of the seventh plate 17 to exert a pulling force on the seventh plate 17, to detach the upper hook piece 173 of the seventh plate 17 from the rear snap strip 143 of the fourth plate 14, to detach the side hook strip 171 of the seventh plate 17 from the rear snap piece 113 of the first plate 11, and to detach the side hook piece 172 of the seventh plate 17 from the rear snap strip 132 of the third plate 13, thereby detaching and opening the seventh plate 17, so that the user may take the articles contained in the storage box structure 1.

[0045] Accordingly, the storage box structure 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention has the following advantages.

[0046] 1. The parts of the storage box structure 1 are integrally formed and connected with each other, thereby decreasing the cost of fabrication.

[0047] 2. The storage box structure 1 is assembled and disassembled easily, quickly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the user assembling and disassembling the storage box structure 1.

[0048] 3. Multiple storage box structures 1 may be combined with each other in a laminated manner rigidly and stably, thereby reducing the space of storage.

[0049] 4. The storage box structure 1 is expanded into a planar sheet when not in use, thereby reducing the space of storage, and thereby decreasing the cost of transportation.

[0050] 5. The storage box structure 1 may be reused and recycled.

[0051] Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
