Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Present Invention The present invention relates to a cap which is fitted with magnetic means provided to conveniently decorate metal badge on the cap only by magnetic attraction, and more particularly relates to a cap on which visor's surface near to both sides is provided with a pair of preformed slots opened for user easily to fit with magnetic means thereon and to changeably decorate various ornamental badges on different position of the cap.

[0002] 2. Description of The Related Prior Art

[0003] As we all know, most of ball game fans like in collection of various relative badges issued by business to satisfy his/her excitation, curiosity and enthusiasm. In particular, it is become a common habit for those fans like to decorate several his/her favorite collectable badges on his/her cap or hat for decoration, because it is so conspicuous and charming to people by this way.

[0004] But the visor of cap or hat is generally made from harden paperboard or plastics, and without preformed slots opened for easily fitting ornamental badges thereon, it is therefore so difficult for fans to fit ornamental badges on the visor of his/her own cap or hat. In addition, on the top, the back and the side of the crown of the conventional caps or hats used for fans are generally not provided with means for fitting badges thereon for decoration, it is also not convenient for fans to changeably decorate various fans' collectable badges on the cap or hat in different positions.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

[0005] In view of the inconvenience of conventional cap or hat when those fans try to decorate some his/her ornamental badges thereon, the present invention therefore discloses an improvement by directly fitted with magnetic means on the cap or hat to provide those fans easily put ornamental badges on the cap or hat for decoration only by magnetic attraction.

[0006] One embodiment of the invention is to provide the visor of cap or hat preformed at least a pair of slots opened near to one side of the visor for easily assembling a magnetic means fitted thereon, therefore, only by way of magnetic attraction various different metal ornamental badges can be easily changed and attracted on the visor of a cap or hat for decoration.

[0007] Another embodiment of the invention is to provide a cap or hat on which top, back, and/or sides of the crown of cap or hat are respectively provided with magnetic means, it is so convenient for fans to decorate various fans' collectable badges in different positions of the cap or hat.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0008] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the invention.

[0009] FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are illustrating drawing of a preferred embodiment of the invention, which shows the visor of the invention at least preformed a pair of slots (13) at one side and shows the way of how a magnetic means (15) comprising a magnetic plate (16), a pair of fastened pins (17) and a washer (18) to be fastened on the cap or hat capably decorating a metal ornamental badge (18) thereon only by magnetic attraction.

[0010] FIG. 4 is a top view of a preferred embodiment of the invention to illustrate at the visor and at the top, the back, and/or the sides of the crown of cap or hat respectively fitted with a magnetic means, it is so convenient for fans to decorate various fans' collectable badges in different positions of the cap or hat.

[0011] FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross section drawing along the lines 5-5 of FIG. 4 to illustrate the assembling structure of the magnetic means when fitted on the visor or the crown of cap or hat.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMNETS

[0012] Referring to from FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, a preferred embodiment of the invention is to fit a cap or hat (10) with a magnetic mean (15) at the visor (11) and at the top, the back, and the sides of the crown (12) of the cap or hat (10) respectively. Therefore, the user can be arbitrarily decorated his/her favorite metal ornamental badges (19) on any one of the magnetic means (15) already fitted on the cap or hat (10) only by way of magnetic attraction.

[0013] The visor (11) of the cap or hat (10) of the invention, which is made of harden paperboard or plastics, have particularly preformed a pair of slots (13) opened near to one of the side of the visor (11) or have particularly preformed two pairs of slots (13) opened near to each sides of the visor (11) as shown in FIG. 2 for laborsaving, so that a magnetic means (15) of the invention is conveniently fitted onto the visor (11) without any extra cutting operation.

[0014] Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, each magnetic means (15) of the invention comprises a magnetic plate (16), a pair of fastened pins (17) and a washer (18). The magnetic plate (16) provided with magnetism is used to attract any metal ornamental badge (19) by magnetic attraction so that any metal ornamental badge (19) can be directly connected onto top surface of magnetic plate (16) for decoration; the pair of fastened pins (17) of the magnetic means (15) downward formed from the bottom of the magnetic plate (16) are used to position and fasten the magnetic plate (16) onto the visor (11) or the crown (12) of the cap or hat (10), i.e., by way of inserting the pair of pins (17) through the pair of slots (13) opened on the visor (11) or directly nailing the pair of pins (17) through the crown (12) of cap or hat (10); and the washer (18) provided a pair of openings (18a) which are used to provide the pair of fastened pins (17) correspondingly sleeved into after the pair of fastened pins (17) are completely inserted through the visor (11) or nailed through the crown (12) of cap or hat (10).

[0015] Referring to FIG. 5, when the pair of fastened pins (17) are correspondingly inserted through the pair of slots (13) opened on the visor (11) and at the reverse surface of the visor (11) the relative openings (18a) of the washer (18) is sleeved into the pair of fastened pins (17), then the pair of fastened pins (17) are mutually oppositely bend in almost 90 degree to make them tightly overlaid onto the surface of the washer (18). By this way, the magnetic means (15) of the invention is then tightly fastened onto the visor (11), and the magnetic plate (16) of the magnetic means (15) is capably used to attract and secure various metal ornamental badges (19) on the visor (11). Accordingly to the same way, at the top, the back, and the sides of the crown (12) of the cap or hat (10) can tightly fasten the magnetic means (15) of the invention too.

[0016] Therefore, the user simply by way of magnetic attraction can be arbitrarily and conveniently changeably decorated his/her favorite metal ornamental badges (19) on different position of the visor (11) or the crown (12) of the cap or hat (10) for decoration.
