DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a body exercising device 10 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a holding body 12, two (or multiple) elastic bars 24 each extended through the holding body 12, and two (or multiple) pulling devices 40 each mounted on a respective one of the elastic bars 24 for pulling and bending the elastic bars 24 to achieve an exercising effect.

The holding body 12 has two sides each formed with a recessed arcuate holding face 14. The holding face 14 of the holding body 12 has two ends each provided with a protruding locking portion 18 and formed with a snap hole 19. The locking portion 18 can prevent the user's hand from slipping from the holding face 14 of the holding body 12.

Each of the elastic bars 24 has two ends each provided with a pulley 26 formed with two slideways 28. Each of the two ends of each of the elastic bars 24 has a side formed with two snap holes 20 each aligning with a respective one of the two slideways 28 of the respective pulley 26.

Each of the pulling devices 40 is mounted on a respective one of the elastic bars 24 and includes a pulling belt 41 having two ends, and two pulling ropes 45 each having a first end secured on a respective end of the respective elastic bar 24 and a second end secured on the elastic pulling belt 41.

Preferably, the pulling belt 41 has a periphery provided with a holding member 43 to facilitating the user's one hand holding the pulling belt 41. Each of the two ends of the pulling belt 41 is provided with a snap hook 44.

The first end of each of the pulling ropes 45 is extended through a respective one of the two slideways 28 of the pulley 26 of the respective elastic bar 24 and is provided with a snap hook 46 snapped into a respective one of the two snap holes 20 of the respective elastic bar 24. Thus, the slideway 28 of the pulley 26 can be used to guide and position each of the pulling ropes 45, thereby preventing from detachment of each of the pulling ropes 45. The second end of each of the pulling ropes 45 is provided with a snap hook 47 snapped on the respective snap hook 44 of the pulling belt 41.

Each of the pulling devices 40 further includes two auxiliary pulling ropes 450 each having a first end secured on a respective end of the respective elastic bar 24 and a second end secured on the holding body 12. The first end of each of the auxiliary pulling ropes 450 is extended through a respective one of the two slideways 28 of the pulley 26 of the respective elastic bar 24 and is provided with a snap hook 460 snapped into a respective one of the two snap holes 20 of the respective elastic bar 24. Thus, the slideway 28 of the pulley 26 can be used to guide and position each of the auxiliary ropes 450, thereby preventing from detachment of each of the auxiliary pulling ropes 450.
