COLLAPSIBLE BAG
A collapsible bag includes a main body, a flexible cover member, and a hand strap. The main body includes an opening, a first sidewall located at one side thereof a second sidewall located at another side oppose side to the first sidewall, and a first female adhesive member mounted to an external side of the first sidewall. The cover member has a male adhesive member mounted to one side thereof for adhesive connection with the first female adhesive member while the cover member is turned to the first sidewall to seal the opening of the main body. The hand strap is fixed to the main body. The main body further has a second female adhesive member mounted to an external side of the second sidewall thereof for connection with the male adhesive member while the main body is folded to fasten the folded main body.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to bags, and more particularly, to a collapsible bag.
2. Description of the Related Art
A common bag is hollow inside for containing things, generally having a cover piece fixedly mounted to one side of the bag for preventing the things located in the bag from slipping away from the bag. The cover piece can be turned to the other side of the bag to run across the opening of the bag and to be combined to the other side of the bag, thus sealing the opening. Generally speaking, while a user intends to carry the bag outdoor, the user can fold the bag to reduce its size for easy portability. However, if the folded bag is not well fastened, the bag may be unfolded at any time, so it will fail to indeed reduce the size of the bag.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary objective of the present invention is to provide a collapsible bag, which can be well fastened after folded.
The foregoing objective of the present invention is attained by the collapsible bag composed of a main body, a flexible cover member, and a hand strap. The main body includes an opening, a first sidewall located at one side thereof, a second sidewall located at another side oppose side to the first sidewall, and a first female adhesive member mounted to a predetermined position of an external side of the first sidewall. The cover member includes a male adhesive member mounted to one side thereof for adhesive connection with the first female adhesive member while the cover member is turned to the first sidewall to seal the opening of the main body. The hand strap is fixed to the main body. The main body further includes a second female adhesive member mounted to a predetermined position of an external side of the second sidewall thereof for connection with the male adhesive member while the main body is folded by a predetermined way to fasten the folded main body.

Referring to
The first female adhesive member 12 is mounted to a predetermined position of an external side of the first sidewall 111 of the main body 11.
The second female adhesive member 13 is mounted to a predetermined position of an external side of the second sidewall 112 of the main body 11.
The cover member 14 is an elongated flexible band and is made of easily bendable material, like cloth. The cover member 14 has two ends, one of which is fixedly connected with the external side of the second sidewall 112 of the main body 11 and the other end thereof can be turned across the opening 113 to touch the external side of the second sidewall 112.
The male adhesive member 15 is mounted to a free end of the first sidewall 111 and can be adhesively connected with the first female adhesive member 12, while the cover member 14 is turned to the external side of the first sidewall 111, so that the cover member 14 can seal the opening 113 of the main body 11.
The hand strap 16 at two ends thereof is fixedly mounted to a top edge of the external side of the second sidewall 112 of the main body 11 for a user's holding.
While the user intends to fold the collapsible bag 10 of the present invention to reduce the size for portability, the user can first split the male adhesive member 15 from the first female adhesive member 12, as shown in
Referring to
The subsidiary bag 27 includes one side connected with a predetermined position of the external side of the first sidewall 211 of the main body 21, an opening formed at a top end thereof, and a zipper 215 mounted at the opening for sealing or unsealing the opening.
The first female adhesive member 22 is mounted to the external side of the subsidiary bag 27.
The second female adhesive member 23 is mounted to a predetermined position of the second sidewall 212 of the main body 21.
The cover member 24 includes two ends, one of which is fixedly connected with the external side of the second sidewall 212 of the main body 11 and the other end can be turned across the opening of the main body 21 to touch the external side of the second sidewall 212. What the cover member 24 is located on the second sidewall 212 is stitched to the second sidewall 212, so that a transversal strap hole 241 is formed between the cover member 24 and the second sidewall 212. An elongated strap 90 can run through the strap hole 241, as shown in
The hanging device 28 is mounted to an external side of the cover member 24, as shown in
The male adhesive member 25 is mounted to one side of a free end of the cover member 24 and can be connected with the first female adhesive member 22, while the cover member 24 is turned to the external side of the first sidewall 211 of the main body 21, such that the cover member 24 can seal the opening 213 of the main body 21.
The hand strap 26 includes two ends fixed to a top edge of the external side of the second sidewall 212 of the main body 21 for the user's holding.
Each of the two back straps 29, as shown in
Because how the bag 20 of the second embodiment is folded for portability is the same as the bag 10 of the first embodiment, no more recitation of the bag 20 is necessary. In the second embodiment, the bag 20 can be not only well fastened after folded to reduce the portable size thereof and to maintain the shape thereof but also function as hanging and holding things via the hanging device, increasing the space for containing things via the subsidiary bag, and providing a back-carrying manner in addition to the hand-carrying one.
Although the present invention has been described with respect to specific preferred embodiments thereof, it is no way limited to the details of the illustrated structures but changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the appended claims.
