Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a washing net bag, and in particular, a washing net bag structure for clothings to be washed in a washing machine.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Washing Machine makes use of motor to drive blades on the cylindrical drum of the machine to rotate rapidly so as to generate whirlpool to wash closings. The whirlpool continuously and repitiously turns over the clothings and the clothings are cleaned within a period of time.

In order to avoid direct contact of the clothings with the blades, washing net bags are used to protect the clothings. The clothings to be washed are placed within the washing net bags before they are placed into the washing machine. However, conventional washing net bags are made of net-like fabric with a zip at the mouth of the bags. These bags are damaged after a period of time and the clothings in the bag may be torn, especially for instance, bras with stainless steel as a support. Under continuous impact of the blade, the stainless steel may be deformed. In addition, there is not enough space for freely movement of the clothings. Instead, the clothings will entangle with each other due to the limited space of the bag. Another type of washing net bag available market is the hand type washing container, however, the noise generated from the impact of the bag with the blade is loud.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a washing net bag which mitigates the above drawbacks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a washing net bag comprising a washing net frame having a plurality of supports and ribs forming a spacing which withstands external force; a washing bag made of soft fabric material enclosing the external layer of the washing net frame, and having a zip and a plurality of zip heads; and a plurality of laundry balls in the washing net frame.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a washing net bag, wherein at the position of the rib, a net-frame body including an upper net-frame body and a lower net-frame body and the upper net-frame body has an arch-shaped stop and the lower net-frame body is an arch-shaped recess.

Still a further object of the present invention is to provide a washing net bag, wherein the upper net frame body and the lower net frame body are combined together by screw or other form of fastener, allowing clothings to be easily withdrawn or inserted.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a washing net bag, wherein the support and the rib are formed as a unit.

The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a washing net bag 4 in accordance with the present invention having an external layer covered a net frame body 1. The washing bag 4 is made from permeable soft fabric material, and the mouth of the bag 4 is a zip 41. The zip 41 has a zipping head 42 which opens or closes the bag 4. One end of the zip 41 is provided a ring 44 for carrying or lifting of the bag 4 and the washing net frame body 1. The other end of the zip 1 is a protective band 38 to protect the zipping head 42.

As shown in FIG. 2, the frame body 1 is formed as a unit having a plurality of support and rib 2 combined together. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the net frame body 1 is divided into an upper net-frame body 11 and a lower net-frame body 12 at the rib 2. The rib 1 is provided with threads 21 for the mouthing of the upper net frame body 11 and the lower net frame body 12. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper net-frame body 11 is an arch-shaped stop 22, and an arch-shaped recess 23 is provided with a lower net-frame body. The arch-shaped stop 22 engages with the recess 23 and therefore the upper frame body 11 and the lower frame body 12 are fastened such that the impact with the blade or the strong whirlpool will not separate the frame body.

As shown in FIG. 7, there is shown an application of the washing net bag of the present invention. For example, a bra 8 with stainless steel support is folded, and the bra 8 together with strap 81 are inserted via the opening of the bag into the washing net frame body 1. As shown in FIG. 8, the upper net frame body 11 and the lower net frame body 12 are opened and place in the bra 8. The upper net frame body 11 and the lower net frame body 12 are combined either by screwing the threads 21 or the engagement of the arch-shaped stop 22 on the recess 23. A plurality of laundry balls 3 are placed into the net frame, as shown in FIG. 1, by pulling the zipping head 42 of the zip 41, the bag 4 is opened. The bag 4 encloses the external layer of the washing net fame body 1, and the zipping head 42 is pulled and the zip 41 closes. Turns on the washing machine and the bra is proceeded to washing. The bra within the net frame body 1 has sufficient space, allowing the clothing to move freely within the space of the frame body 1. The frame body 1 rolls together with the whirlpool. When the rib 2 impacts with the blade of the washing machine, the clothings are thus washed, and the clothings will not directly impact with the blades. Further, the soft fabric of the bag 4 covers the frame body 1 and thus, the soft fabric reduces the noise while washing.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
