Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to an artificial fingernail case, and in particular to an artificial fingernail case which is able to keep a formed shape of an artificial fingernail untransformed or an original shape of an artificial fingernail even when it is being transported.

BACKGROUND ART

Generally, an artificial fingernail case might be classified into a large size case, which can be packed by separating a plurality of artificial fingernails depending on their shapes and sizes, and a small size case, which can be used when packing a plurality of artificial fingernails each having a particular shape and size, respectively. For example, the Korean registered utility model number 20-0387534 (Jun. 20, 2005) discloses a prior art of “artificial fingernail case”.

In the above artificial fingernail case which is formed of a body having a section part formed by injecting and molding a synthetic resin, and a lid for opening and closing the body for thereby storing a plurality of artificial fingernails therein. A hanging part is integrally formed in one side of the body, and it is slanted in a backward direction.

In the above prior art, even when an artificial fingernail case is made substantially thinner, it is possible to obtain a desired strength of the case, and it is possible to accommodate, store and exhibit the fingernails in the unchanged shapes same as when they are first injected and molded. However, it is disadvantageous that a formed artificial fingernail might be transformed after a certain time due to its physical property. In particular, when exporting the artificial fingernails to other countries using a ship, part of each artificial fingernail might be bent or distorted due to the heat occurring in the ship.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an artificial fingernail case which might substantially prevent an artificial fingernail from being transformed after it is injected and molded or when it is being transported for a long distance, while overcoming the problems encountered in the conventional art.

To achieve the above object, there is provided an artificial fingernail case which comprises a base plate which has at least one pressurizing protrusion part having a shape of an artificial fingernail in one side of the base plate; and a pressurizing plate which has at least one accommodation groove corresponding to the pressurizing protrusion part in one side of the pressurizing plate, so an original shape of the artificial fingernail formed when it is first injected and molded, is maintained.

To achieve the above object, there is provided an artificial fingernail case which comprises a base plate which has at least one accommodation protrusion part having an accommodation groove; and a pressurizing plate which has at least one accommodation protrusion part groove having a pressurizing groove corresponding to the accommodation groove, so an original shape of the artificial fingernail formed when it is first injected and molded, is maintained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

According to a first embodiment of the present invention, first, it should be appreciated that it is possible to keep an artificial fingernail from being transformed by reliably fixing an artificial fingernail in an accommodation groove, and second, it should be appreciated that it is possible to prevent an artificial fingernail from being transformed by reliably pressurizing an artificial fingernail stored in an accommodation groove with the helps of a locking protrusion formed in a base plate and a locking groove formed in a pressurizing plate.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;

FIG. 1 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating an artificial fingernail case according to a first embodiment of the present invention; and

FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a base plate and a pressurizing plate adapted in an artificial fingernail case of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a view of a use state of an artificial fingernail case of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view illustrating an artificial fingernail case according to another embodiment of the present invention.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating an artificial fingernail case according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a base plate and a pressurizing plate adapted in an artificial fingernail case of FIG. 1.

The artificial fingernail case 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a base plate 101, and a pressurizing plate 20, which is fixed in the base plate 101.

As shown in FIG. 1, the base plate 10 is formed in a rectangular thin plate shape, with a plurality of pressurizing protrusion parts 11 being integrally formed in both sides about its center portion as shown in FIG. 2. A locking groove 12 is formed in one side of the base plate 10 as shown in FIG. 2.

Here, the pressurizing protrusion part 11 is integrally extended from an engaging protrusion 11 in a vertical direction, and as shown in FIG. 2, it has a certain shape similar with an artificial fingernail 100 of FIG. 3. So, when an artificial fingernail 200 is accommodated in an accommodation groove 21, it is possible to prevent an artificial fingernail 200 from being escaped and transformed by providing a pressurizing force. The pressurizing protrusion part 11 has various different sizes for thereby pressurizing various different sizes of artificial fingernails 200.

A locking protrusion 22 of a pressurizing plate 20, which will be described later, is tightly inserted into the locking groove 12, so it is possible to keep an engaged state of the base plate 10 and the pressurizing plate 20, and it is possible to provide a certain pressure to the accommodated artificial fingernail 200. Here, at least one locking groove 12 is adapted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the pressurizing plate 20 is formed of a rectangular thin plate shape and is tightly inserted into or engaged to the base plate 10 using a tape. A plurality of accommodation grooves 21 are formed in both sides about its center. As shown in FIG. 2, a locking protrusion 22 is formed in one side of the pressurizing plate 20.

As shown in FIG. 2, the accommodation groove 21 is formed in a certain shape matching with the pressurizing protrusion part 11, so the pressurizing protrusion part 11 is engaged to the same, and has various different sizes for accommodating various different sizes of artificial fingernails 200. The accommodation groove 21 is formed in a shape similar with the pressurizing protrusion part 11, namely, a shape of an artificial fingernail 200, so the accommodation groove 21 is able to keep an original shape by providing a certain tight friction force to the accommodated artificial fingernail 200.

FIG. 3 is a view illustrating a use state of an artificial fingernail case of FIG. 1.

A user inserts an artificial fingernail 200 into an accommodation groove 21 of the pressurizing plate 20. Here, since the accommodation groove 21 is formed in the same shape as the artificial fingernail 200, a proper friction force is applied to the artificial fingernail 200. As a result, the artificial fingernail 200 can keep its original shape even when it is transported for a long distance. Even when the artificial fingernail 200 is a little distorted during the formation of the artificial fingernail 200, it is possible to recover the distorted shape to its original shape by reliably supporting the whole shapes of the artificial fingernail 200. Next, when the pressurizing plate 20 is covered on the base plate 10, and the pressurizing protrusion part 11 properly pressurizes the artificial fingernail 200 accommodated in the accommodation groove 21, so the shape of the artificial fingernail 200 can be further maintained.

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view illustrating an artificial fingernail case according to another embodiment of the present invention.

The artificial fingernail case 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention comprises a base plate 110, and a pressurizing plate 120, which is fixed in the base plate 110.

The base plate 110 is preferably formed in a rectangular shape, and at least one accommodation protrusion part 110a is formed in the base plate 110. As shown in FIG. 4, the accommodation protrusion part 11a has a rectangular cross section, and an accommodation groove 110aa having the same shape as the artificial fingernail 200 is formed in an upper side of the accommodation protrusion part 110a.

An accommodation protrusion part groove 120a of the pressurizing plate 120, which will be described later, is inserted into the accommodation protrusion unit 110a, so the pressurizing plate 120 is reliably fixed in the base plate 110. An artificial fingernail 200 is accommodated in the accommodation groove 110a.

A locking groove 12 is formed in the base plate 110.

The pressurizing plate 120 is formed in a certain shape matching with the base plate 110, and as shown in FIG. 4, at least one accommodation protrusion part groove 120a matching with the accommodation protrusion part 110a is formed in the pressurizing plate 120. A pressurizing groove 120aa having a shape matching with the accommodation groove 110aa is formed in the accommodation protrusion part groove 120a. As shown in FIG. 4, the pressurizing groove 120aa pressurizes an upper surface of the artificial fingernail 200 accommodated in the accommodation groove 110aa, so the original shape of the artificial fingernail 200 is maintained after it is formed or it is being transported.

A locking protrusion 22 inserted into the locking groove 12 is formed in the pressurizing plate 120.

In the artificial fingernail case 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention, the artificial fingernail 200 accommodated in the accommodation groove 110aa of the base plate 110 is pressurized by means of the pressurizing groove 120aa of the pressurizing plate 120, so an original shape of the artificial fingernail 200 can be maintained after it is formed or it is being transformed.

As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
