An attract-molded bed, including a bed head, a bed afterbody, a bed board, both ends of the bed board being removably connected to the bed head and the bed afterbody respectively; wherein the bed head and the bed afterbody are formed of a front cover, a rear cover, a filler and an inner liner, the front cover and the rear cover are formed by attract-molding or hot compressing, the filler and inner liner are positioned between the front cover and the rear cover, the edges of the front and rear covers overlap each other, wherein the position overlap is dead jointed.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to furniture type daily household goods, more particularly, to an attract-molded bed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Beds are necessary for people in daily life, for every person, he spends ⅓ time in sleeping a day, for sleeping, the bed is very important. As people's living standard are advanced, the kinds of beds are increased, for example, hardboard beds, steel-wire beds, shermons beds, every beds include bed head and bed afterbody, the bed head and the bed afterbody of existing technology is made of woods or flakeboards or middle density fiber, the structure of the wooden bed head and bed afterbody is secure, but the forest resources is decreased and the act of chopping is forbidden, the wooden bed head and bed afterbody will be limited. And the cost of wood is increased, so the cost of wooden products will be increased. The bed head and the bed afterbody made of flakeboards, which have not enough intensity, so they are easy to break, and the bed head and the bed afterbody made of middle density fiber, which are very heavy, so they are difficult to moving, and the both shapes are monotone, they are hard to be processed to varying shape, and these bed head and bed afterbody made of wood has weak moisture resistance, and not easy to clean.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The aim of the present invention is to resolve the drawbacks of the existing technology, and provide an attract-molded bed with lightweight, high intensity, easily cleaned capability low cost and better appearance rating.

The technical project according to the invention is: an attract-molded bed comprising bed head, bed afterbody, bed board, the both ends of the bed board are removably connected to the bed head and the bed afterbody respectively. The bed head and the bed afterbody are formed of front cover, rear cover, filler and inner liner. The front cover and the rear cover are formed by attract-molding or hot compressing. The filler and inner liner are positioned between the front cover and the rear cover. The edges of the front and rear covers are overlapped each other, wherein the position overlapped is dead jointed.

The inner liner is a reinforcing frame, comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods, transverse rods connected between the bed-leg rods, transverse backrest-rod; longitudinal backrest-rods connected between transverse backrest-rod and transverse rods; filler is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the front cover and rear cover enwrap them integrally through attract-molding, and forms the bed head.

Said bed head inner liner is a reinforcing frame, comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods, transverse rod connected between the transverse backrest-rods, transverse backrest-rod, the transverse backrest-rod is arc, both ends are connected with the upper ends of transverse backrest-rods; the filler is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the front cover and rear cover enwrap them integrally through hot compressing, and forms the bed head.

Said front cover and rear cover are made of singlelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm.

Said front cover and rear cover are made of multiplelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm.

The surface of front cover and rear cover has imitating timber grain and marble grain structure.

Said surface of front cover and rear cover is covered with imitating timber grain and marble grain membrane

The shape of said front cover and rear cover is square, rectangular, circle, ellipse, triangle, polygon, abnormity.

Said front cover and rear cover may be curved plane or plane, the reinforcement can be positioned in it.

Said inner liner is made of tubular material or section material.

Said inner liner is made of .a composite of tubular material or section material or injection moulding material or metal.

Said filler is plastic foaming filler or inner paper honeycomb core.

Said inner paper honeycomb core is singlelayer paper honeycomb core or singlelayer paper honeycomb board or multiplelayer paper honeycomb board, the paper honeycomb boards are connected each other; wherein the paper honeycomb board is composed of paper honeycomb core, top paper and bottom paper, the paper honeycomb core is positioned between top paper and bottom paper, connected with top paper and bottom paper respectively.

Said inner paper honeycomb core is connected with front cover and rear cover by glue.

The overlapped portion of said front cover and rear cover is secured by welding or glue.

During processing, said front cover and rear cover is made of singlelayer plastic board or multiplelayer plastic board, based on the required shape and dimension, processed by attract-molding or hot compressing, the shape can be square, rectangular, circle, ellipse, triangle, polygon, abnormity, curved plane or plane, the reinforcement can be formed on the front cover or rear cover, to enforcing the intensity of front cover and rear cover and improve the appearance rating. When choosing the singlelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm, the material: ABS;PP; PS also can be chosen. When choosing the multiplelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm, for example, the multiplelayer plastic board can be the composite, which is composed of PVC (the thickness is 0.1 mm˜0.3 mm ) and ABS(the thickness is 0.3 mm˜3.5 mm). The surface of front cover and rear cover has imitating timber grain and marble grain structure, said surface of front cover and rear cover also can be covered with imitating timber grain and marble grain membrane. Said filler is plastic foaming filler or inner paper honeycomb core; when choosing the inner paper honeycomb core, it can be singlelayer paper honeycomb core or singlelayer paper honeycomb board or multiplelayer paper honeycomb board, the paper honeycomb boards are connected each other; wherein the paper honeycomb board is composed of paper honeycomb core, top paper and bottom paper, the paper honeycomb core is positioned between top paper and bottom paper, connected with top paper and bottom paper respectively, for multiplelayer paper honeycomb board, the shape and dimension of the paper honeycomb boards can be same or different. Said inner liner is made of tubular material or section material or a composite of tubular material or section material or injection moulding material or metal, the inner liner is the reinforcing frame of the bed head and bed afterbody, enforcing the intensity of the bed head and the bed afterbody, and the connecting intensity between the bed head and the bed afterbody, the filler and inner liner are positioned between the front cover and the rear cover, the edges of the front and rear covers are overlapped each other, wherein the position overlapped is dead jointed, forming the complete bed head or bed afterbody, the both ends of the bed board are removably connected to the bed head and the bed afterbody respectively, forming an attract-molded bed.

The advantages of the invention are as following:

The front cover and the rear cover of the bed head and the bed afterbody is made of singlelayer plastic board or multiplelayer plastic board, which are processed by attract-molding or hot compressing, with such structure, the bed head and bed afterbody may be designed to have various variable shapes based on actual using requirement without additionally processed, the bed is easily cleaned and has strong moisture resistance, since the plastic foaming filler and the inner paper honeycomb core is used as the filler positioned between the front cover and the rear cover, the weight of the bed head and the bed afterbody is light; the inner liner, which is made of tubular material or section material or a composite of tubular material or section material or injection moulding material or metal, is positioned between the front cover and the rear cover, said inner liner can be used as a reinforcing frame of the bed head and the bed afterbody, enforcing the connecting intensity of the bed head or bed afterbody, and the connecting intensity between the bed head and the bed afterbody. The invention is an environmental protection type attract-molded bed with lightweight, high intensity, easily cleaned capability low cost and better appearance rating.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiment 1, referring to FIG. 1˜7, an attract-molded bed according to this invention comprising bed head 1, bed afterbody 2, bed board 3, the both ends of the bed board 3 are removably connected to the bed head 1 and the bed afterbody 2 respectively. The bed head 1 and the bed afterbody 2 are formed of front cover, rear cover, filler and inner liner. For example in bed head 1, referring to FIG. 2˜7, the bed head 1 is formed of front cover 11, rear cover 12, filler 13 and inner liner 14, the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12 are formed by attract-molding or hot compressing; Said filler 13 is plastic foaming filler. Said inner liner 14 is made of tubular material or section material. The filler 13 and inner liner 14 are positioned between the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12. The edges of the front cover 11 and rear cover 2 are overlapped each other, wherein the position overlapped 111 is dead jointed with glue or welding.

During processing, said front cover 11 and rear cover 12 are made of singlelayer plastic board or multiplelayer plastic board, based on the required shape and dimension, processed by attract-molding or hot compressing, the shape can be seen in FIG. 3 or 4, and the the appearance rating is better, when choosing the singlelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm, the material: ABS;PP; PS also can be chosen. When choosing the multiplelayer plastic board, the thickness is 0.3 mm˜4 mm, for example, the multiplelayer plastic board can be the composite, which is composed of PVC (the thickness is 0.1 mm˜0.3 mm) and ABS(the thickness is 0.3 mm˜3.5 mm). The surface of front cover 11 and rear cover 12 has imitating timber grain and marble grain structure, said surface of front cover and rear cover also can be covered with imitating timber grain and marble grain membrane. Said filler 13 is plastic foaming filler.

The inner liner 14 is made of tubular material or section material, forming a frame illustrated in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, said inner liner 14 is a reinforcing frame of the bed head 1, comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods 141, transverse rods 142 connected between the bed-leg rods, transverse backrest-rod 144; longitudinal backrest-rods 143 connected between transverse backrest-rod 144 and transverse rods 142; there are two longitudinal backrest-rods 143, the shape is arc, the upper portion thereof bends backwardly, the bending transverse backrest-rod 144 is connected with top of longitudinal backrest-rods 143, the filler 13 is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the filler 13 and the inner liner 14 are positioned between the plastic front cover 11 and the plastic rear cover 12, the edges of the front cover 11 and rear cover 12 are overlapped each other, wherein the position overlapped 111 is dead jointed with glue or welding, and forming a complete bed head 1, the backrest portion is curved plane, the both ends of the bed board 3 are connected with the bed head 1 and the bed afterbody 2 which is processed as the same way as the bed head 1, and forming an attract-molded bed.

Embodiment 2, referring to FIG. 8˜11, an attract-molded bed according to this invention comprising bed head 1, bed afterbody 2, bed board 3, the both ends of the bed board 3 are removably connected to the bed head 1 and the bed afterbody 2 respectively. The bed head 4 is formed of front cover 41, rear cover 42, filler 43 and inner liner 44. The front cover 41 and the rear cover 42 are formed by attract-molding or hot compressing. The difference between embodiment 2 and embodiment 1 is: the shape is different from the embodiment 1. Said filler 43 is still the plastic foaming filler.

The inner liner 14 is made of tubular material or section material, only the structure is different, referring to FIG. 10; comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods 441, transverse rod 442 connected between the transverse backrest-rods, transverse backrest-rod 444, the transverse backrest-rod 444 is arc, both ends are connected with the upper ends of bed-leg rods 441; the filler 43 is positioned inside the reinforcing frame, the filler 43 and the inner liner 44 are positioned between the plastic front cover 41 and the plastic rear cover 42, the edges of the front cover 41 and rear cover 42 are overlapped each other, wherein the position overlapped 411 is dead jointed with glue or welding, forming a complete bed head 4. The both ends of the bed board are connected with the bed head 4 and the bed afterbody which is processed as the same way as the bed head 4, and forming an attract-molded bed.

Referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 11, there are concaveconvex portion integrately formed on the front cover 41 and the rear cover 42, the edges of the front cover 41 and the rear cover 42 protrude and cover the bed-leg rods 441 and transverse backrest-rod 444, enhancing the intensity of the bed head; two symmetrical protruding portions 412 which is similar to square are positioned in the middle of the front cover 41, the rear cover 42, the said portions can not only improve the appearance rating of the bed head but also enhance the intensity of the bed head, which can be used as a reinforcing unit.

Embodiment 3, referring to FIG. 12˜FIG. 14, an attract-molded bed according to the invention, wherein the bed head 5 is composed of the front cover 51, the rear cover 52, filler 53, the inner liner 54; the difference between the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 3, the filler 53 is inner paper honeycomb core, said inner paper honeycomb core is singlelayer paper honeycomb core 531, the singlelayer paper honeycomb core 531 is positioned between the front cover 51 and the rear cover 52 (the bore of said singlelayer paper honeycomb core is perpendicular to the front and the rear cover).

Embodiment 4, referring to FIG. 15˜FIG. 16, an attract-molded bed according to the invention, the difference between the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 4, the filler 53 is singlelayer paper honeycomb board, the paper honeycomb board 53 is composed of paper honeycomb core 532, top paper 533 and bottom paper 534, the paper honeycomb core 532 is positioned between top paper 533 and bottom paper 534, connected with top paper 533 and bottom paper 534 respectively

Embodiment 5, referring to FIG. 17, an attract-molded bed according to the invention, the difference between the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 5, the portion 511 is the overlapped portion of the front cover 51 and the rear cover 52.

Embodiment 6, referring to FIG. 18˜FIG. 20, an attract-molded bed according to the invention, the difference between the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 6, the filler 53 is doublelayer paper honeycomb board, the upper paper honeycomb board is composed of paper honeycomb core 5351, top paper 5352 and bottom paper 5353, the paper honeycomb core 5351 is positioned between top paper 5352 and bottom paper 5353, connected with top paper 5352 and bottom paper 5353 respectively; the lower paper honeycomb board is composed of paper honeycomb core 5361, top paper 5362 and bottom paper 5363, the paper honeycomb core 5361 is positioned between top paper 5362 and bottom paper 5363, connected with top paper 5362 and bottom paper 5363 respectively.

Embodiment 7, referring to FIG. 21˜FIG. 22, an attract-molded bed according to the invention, wherein the bed head 6 is composed of the front cover 61, the rear cover 62, filler 63, the inner liner 64; the difference between the embodiment 7 and the embodiment 2, the shape of the front cover 61 and the rear cover 62 is different from the front cover and the rear cover of the embodiment 2.

The structure of the present invention comprising front cover, rear cover, filler and inner liner is not only used in making bed head and bed afterbody but also used in making armrest and backrest of the folded sofa-bed.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The bed head and the bed afterbody of the attract-molded bed according to the invention are composed of the front cover, the rear cover, the filler, inner liner, the front cover and the rear cover can be in industrial mass production, it is easy for assembly integrally, and has good industrial applicability.

Claims

1. An attract-molded bed, comprising: a bed head, a bed afterbody, a bed board, both ends of the bed board being removably connected to the bed head and the bed afterbody respectively; wherein the bed head and the bed afterbody are formed of a front cover, a rear cover, a filler and an inner liner, the front cover and the rear cover are formed by attract-molding or hot compressing, the filler and inner liner are positioned between the front cover and the rear cover, the edges of the front and rear covers overlapped each other, wherein the position overlap is dead jointed.

2. An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein said inner liner of the bed head is a reinforcing frame, comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods, transverse rods connected between the bed-leg rods, a transverse backrest-rod; longitudinal backrest-rods connected between the transverse backrest-rod and the transverse rods; the filler is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the front cover and the rear cover enwrap them integrally through attract-molding, and form the bed head.

3. An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein there are two longitudinal backrest-rods in an arc, shape, the upper portion thereof bends backwardly, the bending transverse backrest-rod is connected with a top of the longitudinal backrest-rods, the filler is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the front cover and rear cover enwrap them integrally through attract-molding, and form the bed head with an arc-shaped backrest.

An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein said bed head inner liner is a reinforcing frame, comprising: a pair of bed-leg rods, a transverse rod connected between the transverse backrest-rods, a transverse backrest-rod, the transverse backrest-rod is arcuate, both ends are connected with the upper ends of the transverse backrest-rods; the filler is positioned inside and outside the reinforcing frame, the front cover and rear cover enwrap them integrally through hot compressing, and form the bed head.

5. An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein the surface of the front cover and the rear cover has imitating timber grain and marble grain structure, or said surface is covered with imitating timber grain and a marble grain membrane.

6. An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein the shape of said front cover and rear cover is one of square, rectangular, circular, elliptical, triangular, polygonal and, an abnormity.

7. An attract-molded bed of claim 1 wherein said front cover and rear cover may be a curved plane or planar, the reinforcement can be positioned in it.

8. An attract-molded bed of claim 1, wherein said inner liner is made of tubular material or section material or the composite of tubular material or section material or injection moulding material or metal.

9. An attract-molded bed of claim 1 wherein said filler is plastic foaming filler or inner paper honeycomb core.

10. An attract-molded bed of claim 9, wherein said inner paper honeycomb core is a single layer paper honeycomb core or single layer paper honeycomb board or multiple layer paper honeycomb board, the paper honeycomb boards are connected to each other; wherein the paper honeycomb board is composed of paper honeycomb core, top paper and bottom paper, the paper honeycomb core is positioned between the top paper and the bottom paper, connected with the top paper and the bottom paper respectively.
