Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a low-carbon high-hydrogen fuel: which comprises a combination of additives, base oil, diesel fuel.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

China's ability to provide for its own needs is limited by the fact that its proven oil reserves are small in relation to its consumption. Since 2008, the increased domestic demand and the global soaring oil prices made this situation worse. The severe shortage of global oil, gas, diesel, and fuel supply, especially these low-carbon fuel, diesel, fuel oil. In order to meet the growing economies, and to solve the problem of diesel shortage, many countries introduced energy policies to encourage low-carbon, energy conservation and alternative energy fuels development. Methanol, ethanol type gasoline, diesel, fuel oil are some of the most promising, alternative energy sources.

In 2002, a study was begun to study alcohol-based class diesel blended fuel. During both laboratory and vehicle testing, a number of problems were encountered—difference in the solubility with diesel oil, low horsepower, easily emulsified, and troubles in maintaining the original structure of a vehicle, etc. This is also the most common problem encountered by most international research institutions, enterprises and individuals in the studying and development of such type of fuels. The key to address these problems is the core technology in formulating the oil additive.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a low-cost low-carbon, energy saving, low-emission low-carbon high-hydrogen “green” fuel additives. A number of substance materials described herein have the advantages of low-carbon, alternative oil, low emissions.

By continuously optimizing the ratio of raw materials, the finished product can be prepared by the following ration:

Composition #1: alkene acid 18: 50%-75%, refined napthenic acid: 5%-20%, ammonia: 5%-15%, methanol: 15%-35%, ethanol: 5-20%, diethanolamine: 1-6%, alkylphenol ethoxylates: 2-10%, alcohol C-12: 1-5%.

Composition #2: composition #1: 25%, alkyl Kenai: 10-20%, isobutyl alcohol: 15-65%, fatty acid methyl ester: 15-35%.

Composition #3: composition #1: 20%, oleic acid: 5-20%, dimethylbenzene(xylene): 10-25%, butylated hydroxytoluene: 3-18%, kerosene: 15-25%, fatty acid methyl ester: 10-25%.

The above low-carbon high-hydrogen diesel fuel additive formulation: is made by pouring the various raw materials into the mixing tank following the above order. When the proportion of each component material filling is complete, mixing the mixture, let it stand for about an hour, then the finished products is ready for use.

In an embodiment, the invention comprises blending a certain percentage of the additive in order to make the low-carbon high-hydrogen hybrid fuel base oil. It is formulated and prepared by mixing all materials by following each volume ratio:

Composition #1 additives 15-35%, oleic acid, 5-15%, 20-35% fatty acid methyl ester, does 15-30% composition #2. composition #3: 10-25%, 15-50% methanol, ethanol, 8-25%, 15-55% of biomass molasses solution.

Low-carbon, low-carbon high-hydrogen diesel fuel blend component preparation: low-carbon high-hydrogen blended diesel fuel base oil mixture: 25-50%, diesel: 40-60%, composition #3: 10-20%.

The present invention of low-carbon high-hydrogen diesel fuel additive is prepared by mixing raw materials described above. It is an effective solution to the problems of alcohol-based class diesel fuel-higher corrosive characteristic, swelling, cold starting problems, slow speed post-heat treatment, water stratification, low heating value, power down, the tendency to cause wet stacking when a diesel engine is left idling for prolonged periods of time, difficult to start up and other technical problems.

Using the low-carbon high-hydrogen diesel fuel additive and synthetic low-carbon high-hydrogen diesel hybrid fuels, the advantages are as followings:

  • (1) Clear and transparent in appearance, similar to petroleum diesel in color;
  • (2) The ration to diesel can be arbitrarily flexible
  • (3) Easy to use, no modifications needed to diesel vehicles engines, the pure diesel and the low-carbon high-hydrogen hybrid diesel fuels can be alternately used proportionally.
  • (4) As the additive amount is relatively reasonable, both laboratory and vehicle testing have shown that it helps fast start, and is conducive to the combustion engine. After running 500 km, the inspection show no sign of any engine combustion process plug nozzle phenomenon. After 1,500 kilometers, all components inside the piston-cylinder diesel engine appear smooth;
  • (5) The above vehicle test showed: its power, start of, fuel consumption is similar to this pure diesel fuel.
  • (6) Detected by the cleaner exhaust emissions, exhaust smoke and particulate emissions are 60% less than pure diesel fuel burn, zero emissions.
  • (7) Respectively, mixing -#, -10#, and diesel oil into the appropriate low-carbon high-hydrogen mixture of diesel fuel, after being storied into 0 C, −10 C, the mixture stays in a transparent liquid form; When this low-carbon high-hydrogen mixture of diesel fuel is being heated up to 60-70 C, it still keeps its transparent form. It shows a good weather ability, so it can perform well under both the low-temperature and high-temperature.
  • (8) Some sample of such low-carbon high-hydrogen hybrid fuel based diesel oil formulated in October 2008, still remains clear and transparent form today. This product could be mass-produced and stored in a large-scale storage up to one year.

In a preferred embodiment, the composition comprises 15% of composition #1, 5% oleic acid, 10% fatty acid methyl ether, 10% composition #2, 10% composition #3, 20% methanol, 8% ethanol and 22% biomass molasses solution.
