1. Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to cleaning devices and, particularly, to a device for cleaning scrap blocking spiral slots of a grinding plate.
2. Description of Related Art
A grinding plate is disc-shaped, and includes a grinding surface for grinding workpieces. The grinding surface defines a spiral slot. Users clear scrap from the spiral slot using tweezers, which is time consuming.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a cleaning device that can overcome the above-mentioned limitations.
Many aspects of the embodiments should be better understood with reference to the following drawings. The components in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale, the emphasis instead being placed upon clearly illustrating the principles of the present disclosure.

Referring to
The sliding device 30 includes a sliding plate 31, three fixing plates 33, and six screws 35. The sliding plate 31 slidably sleeves on the two sliding poles 13, and includes a cuboid first fixing portion 311, an arc-shaped second fixing portion 312 opposite to the first fixing portion 311, and a connecting portion 313 configured for connecting the first fixing portion 311 to the second fixing portion 312. The first fixing portion 311 includes a first surface 315 and a second surface 316. The first surface 315 is away from the second fixing portion 312, and defines a receiving groove 315a. The second surface 316 is substantially perpendicular to the first surface 315, and parallel to the extending direction of the sliding pole 13. The second fixing surface 316 defines a first through slot 316a communicated with the receiving groove 315a. The connecting portion 313 defines two first through holes 313a for extension of corresponding sliding pole 13 therethrough. The second portion 312 defines a second through slot 312a along the direction substantially perpendicular to the grinding surface 210.
Each fixing plate 33 is cuboid, and includes a first end 331, a second end 332 opposite to the first end 331, and an end surface 333 away from the first end 331. The first end 331 is received in the receiving groove 315a. The second end 332 extends out from the receiving groove 315a. The first end 331 defines a first screw hole 334 corresponding to the first through slot 316a. The second end 332 defines a second through hole 335 along the direction substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the sliding poles 13 and parallel to the end surface 333. The end surface 333 defines a second screw hole 336 communicating with the second through hole 335.
Each blade 50 includes a main body 51 and a connecting arm 53 slantingly extending out from an end of the main body 51. The main body 51 and the connecting arm 53 are each straight line shaped and cooperatively form an obtuse angle therebetween.
The dust collector 60 is used for collecting any scrap in the grinding plate 200, and includes a nozzle 61 formed opposite to the grinding plate 200. The nozzle 61 extends through and interferingly fits with the second through slot 312a.
In assembly, each sliding pole 13 extends through a corresponding first through hole 313a, the two opposite ends of each sliding pole 13 are fixed on the corresponding supporting foot 11. The first end 331 of the fixing plate 33 is received in the receiving groove 315a, and the first screw hole 334 is aligned with the through slot 316a. Three of the six screws 35 pass through the through slot 316a and are respectively received in the three first screw holes 334, thus the three fixing plates 33 are fixed on the sliding plate 31. The connecting arms 53 of the three knives 50 extend through the corresponding second through holes 335, until the main bodies 51 of the three knives 50 resist on the bottom of the spiral slot 211. The other three screws 35 are received in the three second screw holes 336, and screwed in until resisting on the corresponding connecting arms 53, therefore, the three knives 50 are fixed on the fixing plates 33. The nozzle 61 is fixed on the second through slot 312a and faces the grinding surface 210.
Referring to
In other embodiment, the knives 50 can be fixed on the sliding device 30 using some other suitable means. The fixing plate 33 can be integrated with the sliding plate 31. The dust collector 60 can be omitted depending on application.
In this embodiment, the number of the fixing plates 33 is equal to that of the knives 50. In other embodiments, the number of the fixing plates 33 and the knives 50 also can be other than four according to practical need.
It will be understood that the above particular embodiments are shown and described by way of illustration only. The principles and the features of the present disclosure may be employed in various and numerous embodiments thereof without departing from the scope of the disclosure as claimed. The above-described embodiments illustrate the scope of the disclosure but do not restrict the scope of the disclosure.
