1. Field of the Invention
The invention generally relates to a packaging container. More particularly, the invention relates to a safe packaging container, which is compact, easy to carry, not easy to open (to avoid the misuse of the content), environmentally friendly and with prints that are visible to users.
2. Description of the Prior Art
In the conventional packaging container, an additional box is needed so that prints, such as directions for product or safety, may be provided on the box.
In addition, such box is usually much larger than the packaging container so the cost is higher. Furthermore, because such box is bulky, a user often can not carry it in his pocket and has to carry it in a purse or suitcase. Moreover, it does not have a good appearance. In addition, such additional box is not environmentally friendly.
Furthermore, in the case that the items in the packaging container are pills, because prints are provided on the box and a user may forget to bring the box with him, this may cause the misuse of the pills. Moreover, the conventional packaging container does not have a secure packaging design and hence children may have easy access to its content and swallow the pills accidentally.
Therefore, the packaging container of the prior art has many disadvantages and needs to be improved.
To eliminate these disadvantages, the inventor of the present invention has put a lot of effort into the subject and has successfully come up with the safe packaging container of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAn object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, which is securely packaged to prevent accidental opening of it.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, which is lighter than the conventional packaging container and enables its content to be taken out easily.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, in which prints, such as directions for product or safety, brand description, ads, etc., are visible from the outside, enabling the safe packaging container of the present invention to be free from the disadvantage of the conventional packaging container, whose prints are provided on the surface of an additional container.
A fourth object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, which is very secure, more compact and easy to manufacture and use as well as has a wider range of applications and a lower production cost.
A fifth object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, which is more environmentally friendly because it does not need an additional container.
A sixth object of the present invention is to provide a safe packaging container, which has various types of designs or embodiments to satisfy different types of applications and uses.
To reach these objects, the safe packaging container of the present invention is disclosed. The safe packaging container of the present invention comprises a flat body, a membrane, an engagement protrusion and an engagement slot. A plurality of carrier units are provided on the flat body to carry items, such as cookies, candies, snacks, batteries, pills, etc. A folding line is provided on the flat body to allow the flat body to be folded. The membrane is attached to the surface of the flat body to seal the items carried in the carrier units. The engagement protrusion is provided on one end of the flat body. Another folding line is provided between the engagement protrusion and the flat body. When the flat body is folded along the folding line, the engagement protrusion may engage with the engagement slot. An additional rail portion is provided on either longitudinal side of the flat body to provide more space to hold the items. The flat body may have three or more portions and two or more folding lines according to the length of the flat body and users' needs. Prints, such as directions for product or safety, brand description, ads, etc., may be provided on the surface of the membrane. Such prints may first be printed on the surface of the membrane and then the membrane is attached to the surface of the flat body. Alternatively, the membrane is first attached to the surface of the flat body and then the prints are provided on the surface of the membrane.
The drawings disclose several illustrative embodiments of the present invention which serve to exemplify the various advantages and objects hereof, and are as follows:
Please refer to
Prints, such as directions for product or safety, brand description, ads, etc., may be provided on the surface of the membrane 2. Such prints may first be printed on the surface of the membrane 2 and then the membrane 2 is attached to the surface of the flat body 1. Alternatively, the membrane 2 is first attached to the surface of the flat body 1 and the prints are provided on the surface of the membrane 2.
On the other side of the folding line 6, an opposite surface 7 may be formed. Prints, such as directions for product or safety, brand description, ads, etc., may be provided on the opposite surface 7. The prints may be provided on the opposite surface 7 as the flat body 1 is formed. Alternatively, the prints may be provided on the opposite surface 7 after the flat body 1 is formed.
