Disclosed therein is a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables a user to rapidly paint nails with a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person in order to reinforce weak nails or firmly fix artificial nails. The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail includes: a mold body extending in horizontal and vertical directions with the same curvature as an artificial nail and laminated on an upper surface of a nail or the whole upper surface of a nail after a certain period of time; and a coated surface formed on a lower surface of the mold body, the coated surface, on which a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel is painted in order to forming the nail reinforcing layer or the nail extension portion.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application is based on and claims priority from Korean Patent Application No. 10-2012-0065392 filed on Jun. 19, 2012 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables a user to rapidly paint nails with a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person in order to strengthen weak nails or firmly fix artificial nails. The present invention also relates to a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables the user to rapidly lengthen nails using the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person. The present invention also relates to a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables even a beginner to rapidly and easily strengthen and lengthen nails with a certain level of quality without regard to the user's skill and work experience.

2. Background Art

In general, a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid out of nail goods is painted onto nails by a brush in order to reinforce frequently split and weak nails or in order to firmly fix artificial nails, which are attached on nails with glue, for a long time.

Alternatively, nail gel is painted onto nails by a brush in order to firmly fix artificial nails, which are attached on nails with glue, for a long time.

However, when a user directly paints nails with the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel using the brush, in the case that the user is right-handed, it is relatively easy to paint nails of the left hand with the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel but it is relatively difficult to paint nails of the right hand with the mixed liquid (gel) of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel. On the contrary, in the case that the user is left-handed, it is relatively easy to paint nails of the right hand with the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel but it is relatively difficult to paint nails of the left hand with the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel.

Furthermore, in the case that the user wants to lengthen natural nails or artificial nails attached on the natural nails for manicuring, as shown in FIG. 1, the user has to pass through complicated steps of adhering an acryl foam 110, which has a through hole 111, onto the user's nails, consecutively painting the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the nails and the upper surface of the acryl foam 110 exposed through the through hole 111 using a brush 120, hardening the mixed liquid or the nail gel, and trimming the expanded nail parts.

Moreover, it is more difficult that a right-handed user adheres the acryl foam 110 onto the nails of the right hand and consecutively paints the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the nails or that a left-handed user adheres the acryl foam 110 onto the nails of the left hand using the right hand and consecutively paints the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the nails using the brush 120 in order to lengthen the nails.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables a user to rapidly paint nails with a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person in order to strengthen weak nails or fix artificial nails firmly. It is another object of the present invention to provide a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables the user to rapidly lengthen nails using the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail, which enables even a beginner to rapidly and easily reinforce and lengthen nails and firmly fix artificial nails with a certain level of quality without regard to the user's skill and work experience.

To accomplish the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail including: a mold body extending in horizontal and vertical directions and curved with the same curvature as an artificial nail and laminated on an upper surface of a nail or an upper surface of a nail, on which an artificial nail is attached; and a coated surface formed on a lower surface of the mold body, the coated surface, on which a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel is painted in order to reinforce the nail, fix the artificial nail firmly, or lengthen the nail.

Furthermore, the mold body comprises a pattern portion 40 formed integrally on the coated surface in a concave or convex form for forming embossed patterns or intaglio patterns.

Additionally, the pattern portion is formed in a concave form and is first filled with a material with a color different form a color of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel, which is painted on the coated surface.

In addition, the mold body has a concave portion sunken from the lower surface of the mold body such that the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel can be painted in a uniform thickness.

Moreover, the mold body includes a pattern portion formed integrally on the concave portion in a concave or convex form for forming embossed patterns or intaglio patterns.

Furthermore, the pattern portion is formed in a concave form and is first filled with a material with a color different form a color of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel, which is painted on the coated surface.

Additionally, the mold body is accommodated in a case.

In addition, one row of ten mold bodies or two rows of five mold bodies are partitionedly accommodated in the case in correspondence of the number of the nails of both hands.

Moreover, ten mold bodies in correspondence to the number of the nails of both hands are joined by an openable ring or five mold bodies in correspondence to the number of the nails of one hand are joined by the openable ring.

Furthermore, a user paints the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the coated surface of the mold body, laminates the mold body on the upper surface of the nail or the upper surface of the nail, on which the artificial nail is attached, before the mixed liquid or the nail gel is hardened, and then, separates only the mold body from the nail after the mixed liquid or the nail gel is hardened.

According to the present invention, the mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail enables the user to easily and rapidly perform the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work or the nail lengthening work without regard to a right-handed person or a left-handed person. The mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel can be painted on the upper surface of the nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, just when the user paints the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the coated surface of the mold body, laminates the mold body on the upper surface of the nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, before the mixed liquid or the nail gel is hardened, and then, separates only the mold body from the nail after the mixed liquid or the nail gel is hardened.

Moreover, when the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work, or the nail lengthening work is carried out using the mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to the present invention, even a beginner can rapidly and easily carry out the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work, or the nail lengthening work with a certain level of quality without regard to the user's skill and work experience.

Furthermore, the mold for reinforcing and lengthen the nail according to the present invention does not need additional surface decoration work because an embossed pattern or an intaglio pattern can be formed on the nail or the nail, on which the artificial nail is attached, at the same time with the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work, or the nail lengthening work due to the pattern portion of the concave or convex form formed integrally with the coated surface of the mold body.

 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Description will now be made in detail of preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the attached drawings.

Example embodiments of the present invention will herein be described in detail in order to allow those skilled in the art to make the present invention easily, however, it should be understood that there is no intent to restrict the technical idea and scope of the present invention by the particular embodiments.

A mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening nails according to the present invention is provided to enable a user to rapidly paint nails with a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel regardless if a right-handed person or a left-handed person is strengthening weak nails or firmly fixing artificial nails. A mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening nails according to the present invention is provided to enable the user to rapidly lengthen nails using the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel regardless to a right-handed person or a left-handed person. A mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening nails according to the present invention is provided to enable even a beginner to rapidly and easily strengthen and lengthen nails with a certain level of quality without regard to the user's skill and work experience. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 11, the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening nails according to the present invention includes: a mold body 10 extending in horizontal and vertical directions with the same curvature as an artificial nail and laminated on an upper surface of a nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail; and a coated surface 20 formed on a lower surface of the mold body 10, the coated surface 20, on which a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel is painted in order to reinforce the nail, fix the artificial nail firmly or lengthen the nail.

Here, the mold body 10 is a mold to paint the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel on the nail and to laminates an upper surface of a nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail. The mold body 10 extends in the horizontal and vertical directions with the same curvature as the artificial nail and laminated on the upper surface of a nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, in a state where the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is painted on the coated surface 20. After that, the mixed liquid of acryl power and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened and attached on the upper surface of the nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, at the same time, and then, the mold is separated from the nail.

The mold body 10 may be injection-molded with synthetic resin material or may be made of a material of wood, stone, ceramic or others. It is preferable that the mold body 10 is manufactured by pressing a metal plate such as an aluminum plate through a press mold.

The coated surface 20 is formed on the lower surface of the mold body, and is the part on which the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is painted in order to reinforce the nail, firmly fix the artificial nail on the nail, or lengthen the nail. The coated surface 20 may be the lower surface of the mold body 20 itself or may be formed on a concave portion 30 sunken from the lower surface of the mold body 20 such that the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel can be painted in even thickness.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4 or 6, a pattern portion 40 for forming embossed patterns or intaglio patterns is formed integrally on the coated surface 20 of the mold body 10 or on the concave portion 30, which is sunken from the lower surface of the mold body, in a concave or convex form. The pattern portion 40 has embossed patterns or intaglio patterns of various shapes, such as a hemispherical shape, a flower shape, or a combed shape.

Particularly, in the case that the pattern portion 40 is formed in the concave shape, as shown in FIG. 10 or 11, first, the pattern portion 40 is filled with a material of a specific color and then hardened. Second, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel with a color different from the color of the pattern portion 40 is painted on the coated surface 20. Then the mold body 10 is laminated on the upper surface of the nail or the upper surface of the nail, on which the artificial nail is attached, and is separated from the nail. Then, a hardened layer of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is formed on the upper surface of the nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, and an embossed pattern of the specific color is formed on the upper surface at the same time. There is no need to additionally carry out surface decoration work.

As shown in FIG. 7, it is preferable that the mold body 10 is accommodated in the case 50. The case 50 is a storage box for storing the mold body 10, and includes recesses 51 formed in a shape corresponding to the mold body 10 for seating the mold bodies 10 in the recesses 51 and removing the mold bodies 10 from the recesses 51.

It is preferable that one row of ten mold bodies 10 or two rows of five mold bodies 10 are partitionedly accommodated in the case 50 in correspondence of the number of the nails of both hands. For this, as shown in FIG. 7, it is preferable that one row of ten recesses 51 corresponding to the number of the nails of the both hands are partitionedly formed in the case 50. Not shown in the drawings, but two rows of five recesses 51 corresponding to the number of the nails of both hands may be partitionedly formed in the case 50, or just one recess 51 by each nail may be formed. Additionally, the recess 51 may be formed in an insertion groove shape.

Moreover, an upper cover 53 is hinge-coupled to one side of the case 50. The upper cover 53 serves to prevent the mold body 10 from being arbitrarily separated from the case 50 when the case 50 is closed, and includes a retaining protrusion 53a disposed at one side thereof and a retaining hole 55 formed on the other side of the case 50 in such a fashion that the retaining protrusion 53a is retained to the retaining hole 55.

Furthermore, ten mold bodies 10 in correspondence to the number of the nails of both hands are joined by an openable ring 60, or as shown in FIG. 8, five mold bodies 10 in correspondence to the number of the nails of one hand are joined by the openable ring 60. In this case, each of the mold bodies 10 has a joining hole 11 such that the openable ring 60 passes through the joining hole 11 of the mold body 10.

Hereinafter, referring to FIGS. 9 to 11, how to use the mold 1 for molding an artificial nail according to the present invention will be described as follows.

First, in order to reinforce a weak nail using the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is painted on the coated surface 20 of the mold body 10. The mold body 10 is then laminated on the upper surface of the nail before the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened. After the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened, when only the mold body 10 is separated from the nail, a nail reinforcing layer of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is automatically formed on the upper surface of the nail. Therefore, the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to the present invention enables the user to easily and rapidly carry out the work of reinforcing the nail using a brush regardless of a right-handed person or a left-handed person.

Additionally, in order to firmly fix the artificial nail 3 onto the nail using the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail, as shown in FIG. 10, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is painted on the coated surface 20 of the mold body 10. Then the mold body 10 is laminated on the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, before the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened. After the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened, when only the mold body 10 is separated from the nail, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel automatically forms an adhesive layer for attaching the artificial nail 3 on the upper surface of the nail. Therefore, the work of firmly fixing the artificial nail 3 onto the upper surface of the nail can be rapidly and easily carried out by the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to the present invention without regard to a right-handed person or a left-handed person.

Additionally, in order to lengthen the nail or the artificial nail 3 using the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail, as shown in FIG. 11, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is painted on the coated surface 20 of the mold body 10, and then, the mold body 10 is laminated on the upper surface of the nail or the whole upper surface of a nail and an artificial nail attached to the nail, before the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened. After the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel is hardened, when only the mold body 10 is separated from the nail, the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel automatically forms a nail reinforcing layer on the nail or the artificial nail 3 at the same time and automatically forms a nail extension portion on the nail or the artificial nail 3 at the same time. Therefore, the work of lengthening the nail or the artificial nail 3 using acryl foam can be rapidly and easily carried out by the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to the present invention without regard to a right-handed person or a left-handed person.

Moreover, when the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work, or the nail lengthening work is carried out using the mold 1 for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to the present invention, the amount, thickness or coated state of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel can be kept uniformly, and hence, even a beginner can rapidly and easily carry out the nail reinforcing work, the artificial nail fixing work, or the nail lengthening work with a certain level of quality without regard to the user's skill and work experience.

Claims

1. A mold for reinforcing and lengthening a nail comprising:

a mold body extending in horizontal and vertical directions with the same curvature as an artificial nail and laminated on an upper surface of a nail or the whole upper surface of a nail after a certain period of time; and
a coated surface formed on a lower surface of the mold body, the coated surface, on which a mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or nail gel is painted in order to form the nail reinforcing layer or the nail extension portion,
wherein, the mold body comprises a pattern portion formed integrally on the coated surface in a concave or convex form for forming embossed patterns or intaglio patterns.

The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 1, characterized in that the pattern portion is formed in a concave form and is first filled with a material with a color different form a color of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel, which is painted on the coated surface.

5. The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 1, characterized in that the mold body has a concave portion sunken from the lower surface of the mold body such that the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel can be painted in a uniform thickness.

6. The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 5, characterized in that the mold body comprises a pattern portion formed integrally on the concave portion in a concave or convex form for forming embossed patterns or intaglio patterns.

The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 6, characterized in that the pattern portion is formed in a concave form and is first filled with a material with a color different form a color of the mixed liquid of acryl powder and acryl liquid or the nail gel, which is painted on the coated surface.

8. The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 1, characterized in that the mold body is accommodated in a case.

9. The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 8, characterized in that one row of ten mold bodies or two rows of five mold bodies are partitionedly accommodated in the case in correspondence of the number of the nails of both hands.

The mold for reinforcing and lengthening the nail according to claim 1, characterized in that ten mold bodies in correspondence to the number of the nails of both hands are joined by an openable ring or five mold bodies in correspondence to the number of the nails of one hand are joined by the openable ring.
