BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a packing structure, and particularly relates to a packing structure having pre-bending lines.

2. Description of Related Art

In recent years, with the prosperous developments of the technology industries, electronic products such as smart phones, notebooks, and tablet PCs are widely used, and are developed and designed to be easy to use, multi-functional, and elegant in appearance, so as to provide the users with more choices.

Generally speaking, electronic devices or the components thereof are protected with packing structures before transportation during the manufacturing or shipping process. Considering the environment and cost, the packing structures may be formed of paper boards. However, the paper boards are structurally more vulnerable and prone to be deformed. Therefore, how to ensure that the packing structures provide the preferable reliability, convenience for assembling, and sufficient protection to the electronic products is certainly an important issue when designing the packing structures.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a packing structure that is not easily deformed and has a preferable reliability.

The packing structure of the invention includes a board that includes a plurality of pre-bending portions. The pre-bending portions divide the board into a plurality of parts, and two adjacent of the parts are adapted to bend relatively by the corresponding one of the pre-bending portions. At least one of the pre-bending portions includes two pre-bending lines, and a distance between the pre-bending lines is equal to a thickness of the board.

In an embodiment of the invention, each of the pre-bending lines is a groove.

In an embodiment of the invention, the pre-bending portions include a first pre-bending portion, a second pre-bending portion, and a third pre-bending portion, and the parts include a first part, a second part, a third part, and a fourth part. The first pre-bending portion connects between the first part and the second part, the second pre-bending portion connects between the second part and the third part, and the third pre-bending portion connects between the third part and the fourth part.

In an embodiment of the invention, the first part is fixed to the fourth part, such that the parts are adapted to four' a containing space, and the board is adapted to be bent into a pressed condition by using the pre-bending portions.

In an embodiment of the invention, the first pre-bending portion includes two pre-bending lines, and when the board is in the pressed condition, the first part and the second part bend relatively by using the two pre-bending lines, such that the first part leans against the second part.

In an embodiment of the invention, the third pre-bending portion includes two pre-bending lines, and when the board is in the pressed condition, the third part and the fourth part bend relatively by using the two pre-bending lines, such that the third part leans against the fourth part.

Based on the above, in the packing structure of the invention, the board may be bent more properly in the pre-determined manner by increasing the number of the pre-bending lines of the pre-bending portions to two, thereby preventing the ridge at the bent portion of the board from being not straight or being distorted. In addition, the distance between the two pre-bending lines is equivalent to the thickness of the board. Thus, when the user bends the board into the pressed condition by using the pre-bending portions, the distance between the two pre-bending lines provides a moderate space to prevent the two parts leaning against each other from squeezing each other and becoming raised. Thus, the packing structure is not easily deformed and has a preferable reliability.

To make the above features and advantages of the invention more comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with drawings are described in detail as follows.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a packing structure according to an embodiment of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a schematic view illustrating that the packing structure of FIG. 1 is unfolded.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating that a board of FIG. 1 is in a pressed condition.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the present preferred embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a packing structure according to an embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic view illustrating that the packing structure of FIG. 1 is unfolded. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a packing structure 100 of this embodiment includes a board 110. The board 110 includes a plurality of pre-bending portions (shown as first, second, and third pre-bending portions 110a, 110b, and 110c). The first pre-bending portion 110a, the second pre-bending portions 110b, and the third pre-bending portion 110c divide the board 110 into a plurality of parts (shown as first, second, third, and fourth parts 112, 114, 116, and 118). The first pre-bending portion 110a connects between the first part 112 and the second part 114, the second pre-bending portion 110b connects between the second part 114 and the third part 116, and the third pre-bending portion 110c connects between the third part 116 and the fourth part 118.

The first part 112 and the second part 114 that are adjacent are adapted to bend relatively by the corresponding first pre-bending portion 110a, the second part 114 and the third part 116 that are adjacent are adapted to bend relatively by the corresponding second pre-bending portion 110b, the third part 116 and the fourth part 118 that are adjacent are adapted to bend relatively by the corresponding third pre-bending portion 110c, and the first part 112 is fixed to the fourth part 118 by gluing with a gluing area 112a, such that the parts form a containing space S. The containing space S serves to contain an electronic device, for example, such that the electronic device is covered by the packing structure 100. A material of the packing structure 100 of this embodiment is a paper board, for example. In other embodiments, the material may be other suitable materials, and the invention is not limited thereto.

In this embodiment, the packing structure 100 further includes a plurality of covers 120a to 120h that are respectively connected to the first part 112, the second part 114, the third part 116, and the fourth part 118 and cover the containing space S.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first pre-bending portion 110a includes two pre-bending lines L1 and L2. The third pre-bending portion 110c includes two pre-bending lines L3 and L4. The pre-bending line L1, the pre-bending line L2, the pre-bending line L3, and the pre-bending line L4 are grooves, for example. By increasing a number of the pre-bending lines of the first pre-bending portion 110a and the third pre-bending portion 110c to two as described above, the board 110 may be bent more properly in a pre-determined manner, thereby preventing a ridge at a bent portion of the board 110 from being not straight or being distorted.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view illustrating that a board of FIG. 1 is in a pressed condition. To make the figure clearer, the covers 120a to 120h in FIG. 2 are not shown in FIG. 3. For the convenience of stacking and storing, the board 110 of this embodiment is adapted to be bent into the pressed condition as shown in FIG. 3 by using the pre-bending portions. Specifically speaking, when the board 110 is in the pressed condition, the first part 112 and the second part 114 bend relatively by the pre-bending line L1 and the pre-bending line L2 shown in FIG. 2, such that the first part 112 leans against the second part 114, and the third part 116 and the fourth part 118 bend relatively by the pre-bending line L3 and the pre-bending line L4 shown in FIG. 2, such that the third part 116 leans against the fourth part 118.

In this embodiment, a distance D1 between the pre-bending line L1 and the pre-bending line L2 is equal to a thickness of the board 110, and a distance between the pre-bending line L3 and the pre-bending line L4 is equal to the thickness of the board 110. Thus, when the user bends the board 110 into the pressed condition by using the pre-bending portions, the distance D1 between the pre-bending line L1 and the pre-bending line L2 and the distance D2 between the pre-bending line L3 and the pre-bending line L4 provide a moderate space to prevent the first part 112 and the second part 114 leaning against each other and the third part 116 and the fourth part 118 leaning against each other from squeezing each other and becoming raised. Thus, the packing structure 100 is not easily deformed and has a preferable reliability.

Referring to FIG. 3, when the board 110 is in the pressed condition, the second part 114 and the third part 116 do not lean against each other. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 2, the second pre-bending portion 110b connecting between the second part 114 and the third part 116 may be designed to have only one pre-bending line L5, instead of two pre-bending lines. However, in other embodiments, the second pre-bending portion 110b may also have two pre-bending lines. The invention is not limited thereto.

In view of the foregoing, in the packing structure of the invention, the board may be bent more properly in the pre-determined manner by increasing the number of the pre-bending lines of the pre-bending portions to two, thereby preventing the ridge at the bent portion of the board from being not straight or being distorted.

Although the invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art that modifications to the described embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention will be defined by the attached claims and not by the above detailed descriptions.
