An opening and closing device for a curtain mounted on a guiding part, the guiding part is provided with the curtain; the opening and closing device is used for driving automatic opening and closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device includes a mainframe and a connecting mechanism. The mainframe includes a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; the driving wheel and the driver are mounted in the shell, the driver drive the driving wheel to rotate. The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to smart furniture technical field, more particularly, to an opening and closing device for a curtain.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Traditional opening and closing device for curtain is mounted on a guiding part for curtain. The position of the opening and closing device for curtain can not be adjusted. Its adaptability is poor, and it can not be well adapted to a variety of different sizes of guide parts.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Base on this, it is necessary to provide an opening and closing device for curtain to overcome the poor adaptability of the exiting opening and closing device for curtain.

An opening and closing device for a curtain, the curtain is hung on a guiding part, the opening and closing device for the curtain is mounted on the guiding part to drive automatic opening and closing of the curtain; the opening and closing device for the curtain includes a mainframe and a connecting mechanism.

The mainframe includes a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; the driving wheel is mounted in the shell and attached closely to an outer wall of the guiding part, the driver is arranged in the shell and drive the driving wheel to rotate.

The connecting mechanism includes a hanging piece and a bracket; a first end of the bracket is inserted into the shell, the hanging piece is movably connected with a second end of the bracket and hung on the guiding part; the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket so that the driving wheel is attached closely to the outer wall of the guiding part.

The driving wheel is rolled along the guiding part under the driving from the driver to bring the hanging piece to move along the guiding part and pull and push the curtain.

In the opening and closing device for the curtain, the hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to the bracket, by adjusting the position of the hanging piece relative to the shell, the tightness degree of the driving wheel and the outer wall of the guide member can be adjusted, and the applicability of the connecting mechanism can be improved.

In one embodiment, the connecting mechanism also includes a locked component, the hanging piece is provided with a cavity, the locked component is disposed in the cavity, when the hanging piece is moved vertically relative to the bracket, the locked component can lock a relative position of the hanging piece and the bracket.

In one embodiment, the locked component includes a shaft and a wedge,the wedge is connected to the shaft, the shaft is movably arranged in the cavity, a second end of the bracket is provided with a rack, the rack is passed through the cavity and mesh with the wedge.

In one embodiment, the locked component also includes a first elastic member and a compressing piece, the compressing piece is movably passed through the hanging piece and fixed with the shaft, the first elastic member is connected with the wedge.

When the first elastic member is in natural state,the wedge is meshed with the rack, the compressing piece is pressed to drive the shaft to rotate so as to drive the the wedge away from the rack, the the first elastic member is in compressed state.

In one embodiments, the bracket includes a first rod, a transfer and a second rod; the first rod and the second rod are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of the transfer and extend in different directions; the first rod is movably connected to the shell , the rack is arranged on the second rod.

In one embodiments, the hanging piece includes a first hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected to the first hanging portion, the second hanging portion is passed through the first hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to the first hanging portion, the second hanging portion is hung on the guiding part.

In one embodiments, the second hanging portion includes a first cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an angle.

In one embodiments, the connecting mechanism also includes rollers; the first cantilever and the second cantilever are at least provided with one of the rollers; when the roller is hanging on the guiding part, the roller is in rolling contact with the guiding part.

In one embodiments, the shell includes a base and a connector which is detachable connecting with the base, the connector is provided with a groove, the first rod can movably inserted into the groove.

In one embodiments, the hanging piece includes a first shell, a second hell, a third shell and the fourth shell; the second hell, the third shell and the fourth shell are detachably connected to different sides of the first shell.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATED EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the above purpose, characteristics and advantages of the invention more obvious and easy to understand, the concrete embodiments of the invention are described in details in combination with the attached drawings. Many details are described in the following description to facilitate full understanding of the invention. However, the invention can be implemented in many other ways different from those described herein, and technicians in the field can make similar improvements without violating the connotation of the invention, so the invention is not restricted by the embodiments disclosed below.

It should be noted that when a component is called “fixed to” or “set to” another component, it can be directly on another component or can exist in the center. When one element is considered to be “connected” to another element, it can be directly connected to another element or may exist at the same time. the terms “vertical”, “horizontal”, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right” and similar expressions used in this paper are for illustrative purposes only and do not indicate that they are the only means of implementation.

Referring to FIG. 1, it shows a perspective view of an opening and closing device for a curtain 10 in one embodiments according to the present invention. The opening and closing device for the curtain 10 is mounted on a guiding part 30, the curtain 20 is movably arranged on the guiding part 30. The opening and closing device for the curtain 10 is used for driving the curtain 20 to move along the guiding part 30 to realize the automatic opening and closing of the curtain 20.

In the embodiment, referring to FIG. 2, the opening and closing device for the curtain 10 includes a mainframe 100 and a connecting mechanism 200, the connecting mechanism 200 is connected with the mainframe 100 and hanged on the guiding part 30. The mainframe 100 can drive the the connecting mechanism 200 to move along the guiding part 30 and pull and push the curtain 20 to move along the guiding part 30.

In the embodiment, the curtain 20 is provided with a few through holes or rings 21, the guiding part 30 is passed through the through holes or rings 21 so as to hang the curtain 20 on the guiding part 30. The connecting mechanism 200 is hung on the guiding part 30 and between two of the through holes or rings 21. When the mainframe 100 drives the connecting mechanism 200 to move along the guiding part 30, the connecting mechanism 200 moves along the guiding part 30 and pulls and pushes the curtain 20 to move on the guiding part 30 so as to realize the automatic closing and opening of the curtain 20.

It should be noted that the guiding part 30 can be a guiding rail, a guiding bar or other curtain supporting structure, the guiding part 30 can be integrated or spliced structures. The guiding part 30 may be of a straight, S or other irregular shape; the shape of the guiding part 30 is not limited in the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the mainframe 100 includes a shell 110, a driver 130 and a driving wheel 120. The driving wheel 120 and the driver are mounted in the shell 110, the driving wheel 120 is attached closely to an outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30, when the driver drives the driving wheel 120 to rotate, the driving wheel 120 is rolled along the guiding part 30.

It should be noted that when the guiding part 30 is cylindrical, the driver is attached closely to the circumferential side wall of the guiding part 30; when the cross section of the guiding part 30 is square, the driver is attached closely to a bottom wall of the guiding part 30.

In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 3, the shell 110 is provided with an inner cavity 111, the driving wheel 120 is pivoted to the shell 110 and at least partially exposed to the inner cavity 111. Referring to FIG. 2, a part of the driving wheel 120 exposed outside the inner cavity 111 is attached to the outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30.

In an embodiment, because of the friction exiting between the driving wheel 120 and the guiding part 30, the driving wheel 120 can move along the guiding part 30 under the driving of the driver 130, the mainframe 100 can bring the connecting mechanism 200 to move along the guiding part 30 and pull and push the curtain 20 on the guiding part 30, so as to realize the automatic opening and closing of the curtain 20. The opening and closing of the curtain 20 is not need manual, it is easy to operate and practical.

In some embodiments, the driver 130 is a motor, the driver 130 is coaxially arranged in the driving wheel 120 to facilitate the smooth motion of the driving wheel 120 and make full use of space. In some other embodiments, the driver 130 also can be a cylinder.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the connecting mechanism 200 includes a hanging piece 210 and a bracket 220. A first end 220a of the bracket 220 is inserted into the shell 110, the hanging piece 210 is movably connected with a second end 220b of the bracket 220 and hung on the guiding part 30. The hanging piece 210 can be moved vertically relative to the bracket 220 so that the driving wheel 120 is attached closely to the outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30.

It should be understood that when the sizes of the guiding parts 30 are different, by adjusting the position of the hanging piece 210 relative to the shell 110, the tightness degree of the driving wheel 120 and the outer wall 31 of the guiding part 30 can be adjusted, and the applicability of the connecting mechanism 200 can be improved.

Concretely, referring to FIG. 4, the connecting mechanism 200 also includes a locked component 230. The hanging piece 210 is provided with a cavity 210a, the locked component 230 is disposed in the cavity 210a, when the hanging piece 210 is moved vertically relative to the bracket 220, the locked component 230 can lock a relative position of the hanging piece 210 and the bracket 220.

Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the hanging piece 210 is provided with an avoiding slot 210b, the avoiding slot 210b runs through the hanging piece 210 along the vertical direction and is connected with a cavity 210a. The second end 220b of the bracket 220 can pass through the avoiding slot 210b and move up and down in the avoiding slot 210b, the locked component 230 is arranged in the cavity 210a.

In an embodiment, the second end 220b of the bracket 220 is provided with racks 221. The locked component 230 includes a shaft 231, a wedge 232 and a first elastic member 233. The shaft 231 is rotated in the cavity 210a, the wedge 232 is connected to the shaft 231 and can mesh with the rack 221, the first elastic member 233 is connected to the wedge 232 and is attached to the inner wall of the cavity 210a.

When the first elastic member 233 is in natural state, the wedge 232 can mesh with the rack 221; when the shaft 231 is moved to drive the wedge 232 away from the rack 221, the first elastic member 233 is in compressed state.

Further, the locked component 230 also includes a compressing piece 234, the compressing piece 234 is fixed with the shaft 231 and movably passed through the hanging piece 210. By compressed the compressing piece 234 to drive the shaft 231 to move, so that the wedge 232 is away from the rack 221 or close to the rack 221.

In an embodiment, referring the FIG. 5, each tooth of the rack 221 includes an inclined surface 221a and a bottom 221b, the inclined surface 221a is inclined towards the first end 220a close to the bracket 220, the wedge 232 has a wedge surface 232a and a top 232b. When the wedge 232 is meshed with the rack 221, the top 232b of the wedge 232 is attached to the bottom 221b of the rack 221.

When the first elastic member 233 is in natural state, the hanging piece 210 can move upwards relative to the bracket 220, the wedge 232 is held between two teeth of the rack 221, at this time, the top 232b of the wedge 232 is attached to the bottom 221b of the rack 221.

When the hanging piece 210 is needed to move downward relative to the bracket 220, referring to FIG. 6, the wedge surface 232a of the wedge 232 is slid along the inclined surface 221a of the rack 221, the first elastic member 233 is naturally compressed so that the wedge surface 232a is disengaged from the tip of the rack 221 and jumps one by one over the teeth and move downward; when the hanging piece 210 is needed to move upward relative to the bracket 220, the compressing piece 234 is compressed to drive the wedge 232 away from the the rack 221, the first elastic member 233 is in compressed state, the wedge surface 232a is away from the inclined surface 221a so that the hanging piece 210 is moved upward to the appropriate position relative to the bracket 220.

Through the above structure, when the hanging piece 210 moves down, the wedge 232 can be positioned and not easily detached from the bracket 220; when the hanging piece 210 moves up, it is necessary to press the compressing member 234 first to prevent the hanging piece 210 from sliding freely due to load bearing. It ensures safety during use.

In some embodiments, the first elastic member 233 is a spring or shrapnel. The wedge 232 is a claw or gear shaft.

In some embodiments, the shaft 231, the wedge 232 and the compressing member 234 are integrated molding structure with good integrity and high mechanical strength. In some other embodiments, the shaft 231, the wedge 232 and the compressing member 234 also may be divided structures.

In the embodiments shown in FIG. 3, the bracket 220 includes a first rod 222, a transfer 223 and a second rod 224. The first rod 222 and the second rod 224 are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of the transfer 223 and extend in different directions. The first rod 222 is movably connected to the shell 110, the rack 221 is arranged on the second rod 224.

In some embodiments, the first rod 222, the transfer 223 and the second rod 224 are integrated molding structure for quick installation. In some other embodiments, the first rod 222, the transfer 223 and the second rod 224 also may be telescopic structures to accommodate different sizes of the mainframes 100 and the connecting piece 210s, and to expand the application scope of the brackets 220.

Please also referring to FIG. 3, the shell 110 includes a base 112 and two connectors 113 whichare detachable connecting with the base 112.

In the embodiments, the cavity 111 is arranged in the base 112 and contains the driver 130 and the driving wheel 120. Each of the connectors 113 is provided with a groove 114, the first rod 222 can movably inserted into the groove 114. Through this structure, when the hanging piece 210 is damaged for being used a long time, It only needs to replace the hanging piece 210 or the bracket 220, and the shell 110 does not need to be replaced as a whole, which is conducive to the reuse of resources.

In some embodiments, each of the connectors 113 is provided with two snap-fits 113a, the base 110 is provided with snap-fit grooves 115, Each of the snap-fit 113a is held in one of the snap-fit grooves 115 so as to connect the connector 113 and the base 112. Concretely, the snap-fits 113a are elastic elements which hold with the snap-fit grooves 115 in nature state and take off from the snap-fit grooves 115 under pressing.

In some other embodiments, the connector 113 and the base 112 can be connected by threaded connections or screws.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 7, in some embodiments, the hanging piece 210 includes a first hanging portion 211 and a second hanging portion 212 connected with the first hanging portion 211, the second rod 224 is passed through the first hanging portion 211, the second hanging portion 212 is arranged on the guiding part 30.

In the embodiments, the first hanging portion 211 is arranged horizontally, the avoiding slot 210b is arranged in the first hanging portion 211, the second rod 224 is passed through the avoiding slot 210b and is roughly perpendicular to the hanging portion 211.

In the embodiments, the second hanging portion 212 includes a first cantilever 213 and a second cantilever 214 which are connected in an angle between 30-150° to form V shape so as to contribute to the second hanging portion 212 to hang on the guiding part 30.

Further, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the connecting mechanism 200 also includes rollers 240 arranged in the second hanging portion 212, the first cantilever 213 and the second cantilever 214 are at least provided with one of the rollers 240. When the connecting mechanism 200 is hanging on the guiding part 30, the rollers 240 are in rolling contact with the guiding part 30.

In the embodiments, the rollers 240 are trolley wheels.

It should be understood that the rollers 240 are in contact with the guiding part 30 to avoid the second hanging portion 212 and the guiding part 30 to produce greater resistance, at the same time, the abrasion of the second hanging portion 212 and the guiding part 30 can be reduced, and the service life of the hanging piece 210 can be prolonged.

In some embodiments, the first cantilever 213 and the second cantilever 214 are rotatably connected with at least two of the rollers 240 respectively. Two of the rollers 240 are arranged at intervals, which is conducive to the smooth slip of the hanging portion 212 and reduces the sloshing caused by the instability of the hanging portion 212.

Referring to FIG. 8, the hanging piece 212 is detachable structure, which facilitates the installation of the components in the hanging piece 210.

For example, the hanging piece 210 includes a first shell 215, a second hell 216, a third shell 217 and the fourth shell 218. The second shell 216 and the third shell 217 are respectively connected to both sides of the first shell 215, the fourth shell 218 is connected to a bottom of the first shell 215. The first shell 215, the second hell 216, the third shell 217 and the fourth shell 218 are clamped and enclosed to form the cavity 210a which is convenient for the disassembly and assembly of the components in the cavity 210a.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be combined arbitrarily. In order to make the description concise, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiment are not described.However, as long as the combinations of these technical features are not contradictory, they should be considered as in the scope of the present invention.

The above embodiment only expresses several embodiments of the invention, and its description is more specific and detailed, but can not be understood as a limitation on the scope of the invention patent. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technicians in this field, a number of deformations and improvements can be made without breaking away from the conception of the invention, which belong to the protection scope of the invention. Claims

1. An opening and closing device for a curtain, said curtain is hung on a guiding part; said opening and closing device is used for driving said curtain to move along said guiding part, wherein said opening and closing device comprising:

a mainframe, comprising a shell, a driver and a driving wheel; said driver and said driving wheel is mounted in said shell, said driver drives said driving wheel to rotate;
a connecting mechanism, comprising a bracket with a first end and a second end, and a hanging piece; said first end of said bracket is inserted into said shell, said second end of said bracket is movably connected with said hanging piece, said hanging piece is hung on said guiding part; said hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to said bracket so that said driving wheel is attached closely to an outer wall of said guiding part; when said driver drives said driving wheel to rotate, said driving wheel is rolled along said guiding part, and said mainframe drives said hanging piece to move along said guiding piece and to push and pull said curtain.

2. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 1, wherein said connecting mechanism also includes a locked component, said hanging piece is provided with a cavity, said locked component is disposed in said cavity, when said hanging piece can be moved vertically relative to said bracket, said locked component can lock said hanging piece and said bracket.

The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 2, wherein said locked component includes a shaft and a wedge; said wedge is connected to said shaft, said shaft is movably arranged in said cavity, said second end of said bracket is provided with a rack, said rack is passed through said cavity and meshed with said wedge.

The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 3, wherein said locked component also includes a first elastic member and a compressing piece; said compressing piece is movably passed through said hanging piece and fixed with said shaft, said first elastic member is connected with said wedge; when said first elastic member is in natural state, said wedge is meshed with said rack, said compressing piece is pressed to drive said shaft to rotate so as to drive said said wedge away from said rack, said first elastic member is in compressed state.

The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 3, wherein said bracket includes a first rod, a transfer and a second rod; said first rod and said second rod are respectively perpendicularly connected to two ends of said transfer and extend in different directions; said first rod is movably connected to said shell, said rack is arranged on said second rod.

The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 5, wherein said hanging piece includes a first hanging portion and a second hanging portion connected to said first hanging portion, said second rod is passed through said first hanging portion and approximately perpendicular to said first hanging portion, said second hanging portion is hung on said guiding part.

7. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 6, wherein said second hanging portion includes a first cantilever and a second cantilever which are connected in an angle between 30-150°.

8. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 7, wherein said connecting mechanism also includes rollers; said first cantilever and said second cantilever are at least provided with one of said rollers; when said roller is hanging on said guiding part, said roller is in rolling contact with said guiding part.

9. The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 5, wherein said shell includes a base and a connector which is detachable connecting with said base, said connector is provided with a groove, said first rod can movably inserted into said groove.

The opening and closing device for said curtain according to claim 1, wherein said hanging piece includes a first shell, a second hell, a third shell and a fourth shell; said second hell and said third shell are respectively connected to both sides of the first shell, said fourth shell is connected to a bottom of the first shell; said first shell, said second hell, said third shell and said fourth shell are clamped and enclosed to form a cavity.
