HUMIDIFICATION MODULE AND AIR PURIFIER

A humidification module and an air purifier are disclosed. The humidification module includes a module housing and a breathable water absorption part. The module housing is internally provided with a humidifying air duct; the module housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that communicate with the humidifying air duct. The water absorption part is arranged in the humidifying air duct and is configured to humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of air purification, and in particular, to a humidification module and an air purifier.

BACKGROUND

With the improvement of living standards, more and more families are provided with air purifiers to improve the quality of life.

In the existing technologies, some air purifiers can only purify the air. Such air purifiers cannot meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

SUMMARY

The present disclosure is intended to solve at least one of technical problems in the existing technologies. In this regard, the present disclosure provides a humidification module that can be configured in an air purifier to humidify purified air to meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

The present disclosure further provides an air purifier with the humidification module.

According to an embodiment in a first aspect of the present disclosure, a humidification module includes a module housing and a breathable water absorption part, where the module housing is internally provided with a humidifying air duct; the module housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that communicate with the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part is arranged in the humidifying air duct and is configured to humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct.

The humidification module according to the embodiment of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects. By the provision that the water absorption part is arranged in the humidifying air duct and is configured to humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct, the humidification module configured in the air purifier can humidify purified air to meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the module housing includes an enclosure and a ventilating duct section, where the enclosure is provided with the air inlet and the air outlet, the ventilating duct section is arranged inside the enclosure and divides an inner cavity of the enclosure into an air cavity and a water storage cavity, the air cavity communicates with the water storage cavity to form the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part is arranged around the ventilating duct section.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the enclosure and the ventilating duct section are an integrally formed structure.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the humidification module further includes a baffling part arranged in the humidifying air duct and located between an air exhaust vent of the ventilating duct section and the air outlet.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the baffling part is provided with a first connecting column, the ventilating duct section is provided with a second connecting column corresponding to the first connecting column, and the second connecting column and the first connecting column are connected by a fastener extending through the second connecting column and the first connecting column.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the baffling part has an accommodating cavity for accommodating a working device.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the humidification module further includes a plate cover, where the accommodating cavity has an opening, and the plate cover is detachably connected to the baffling part to close the opening.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, one of the baffling part and the plate cover is provided with a clamping block, the other has a buckle hole matched with the clamping block, and the clamping block is configured to be clamped in the buckle hole.

According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the humidification module further includes a grille connected to the enclosure and located at the air outlet.

According to an embodiment in a second aspect of the present disclosure, an air purifier includes the humidification module described above.

The air purifier according to the embodiments of the present disclosure has at least the following beneficial effects. With the above structure, purified air can be humidified to meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

This section describes in detail specific embodiments of the present disclosure. Example embodiments of the present disclosure are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings are intended to supplement the description of the specification with graphics, so that each technical feature and an overall technical solution of the present disclosure can be intuitively and visually understood, but cannot be construed as a limitation on the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, a humidification module includes a module housing 100 and a breathable water absorption part 200.

The module housing 100 is internally provided with a humidifying air duct; the module housing 100 is provided with an air inlet a and an air outlet b that communicate with the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part 200 is arranged in the humidifying air duct and can humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct. The water absorption part 200 is provided as a wet curtain.

By the provision that the water absorption part 200 is arranged in the humidifying air duct and can humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct, referring to FIG. 5, the humidification module configured in an air purifier can humidify purified air to meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

The module housing 100 includes an enclosure 110 and a ventilating duct section 120.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the enclosure 110 is provided with the air inlet a and the air outlet b. The ventilating duct section 120 is arranged inside the enclosure 110 and divides an inner cavity of the enclosure 110 into an air cavity 111 and a water storage cavity 112, where the air cavity 111 communicates with the water storage cavity 112 to form the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part 200 is arranged around the ventilating duct section 120. A lower end of the water absorption part 200 extends to the bottom of the water storage cavity 112 so that the water absorption part 200 can absorb water stored in the water storage cavity 112.

In some embodiments, the air inlet a is located at the bottom of the enclosure 110, and the air outlet b is located at the top of the enclosure 110.

In some embodiments, the enclosure 110 and the ventilating duct section 120 are an integrally formed structure.

To prolong the time required for air to flow through the water absorption part 200, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a baffling part 300 is further included, where the baffling part 300 is arranged at the top of the ventilating duct section 120 and located between an air exhaust vent of the ventilating duct section 120 and the air outlet b.

The baffling part 300 is arranged at the top of the ventilating duct section 120. Specifically, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the baffling part 300 is provided with a first connecting column 310, the top of the ventilating duct section 120 is provided with a second connecting column 121 corresponding to the first connecting column 310, and the second connecting column 121 and the first connecting column 310 are connected by a fastener extending through the second connecting column 121 and the first connecting column 310. The fastener may be provided as a bolt, etc.

The baffling part 300 has an accommodating cavity 320, and the accommodating cavity 320 can accommodate a working device. Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a plate cover 400 is further included, where the accommodating cavity 320 has an opening 321, and the plate cover 400 is detachably connected to the baffling part 300 to close the opening 321.

With the above structure, the working device in the accommodating cavity 320 can be easily removed to facilitate maintenance.

The plate cover 400 is detachably connected to the baffling part 300. Specifically, referring to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the baffling part 300 is provided with a clamping block 330, the plate cover 400 has a buckle hole 410 matched with the clamping block 330, and the clamping block 330 is clamped in the buckle hole 410.

In some embodiments, the clamping block 330 may be arranged on the plate cover 400, and the buckle hole 410 may be provided in the baffling part 300.

To prevent external articles from falling into the humidifying air duct, referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a grille 500 is further included, where the grille 500 is connected to the enclosure 110; and the grille 500 is located at the air outlet b.

In some embodiments, the grille 500 abuts against the enclosure 110.

In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 1, the grille 500 is provided with a handhole 510, and the handhole 510 enables a user to remove the grille 500 so that the user can replace the water absorption part 200.

The present disclosure further provides an air purifier including the above humidification module. With the above structure, purified air can be humidified to meet requirements of users in dry regions for air humidification.

The air purifier may be provided with a relevant signal receiving mechanism to implement network Wi-Fi control, remote control by a remote controller, etc. Certainly, a button arranged on the air purifier may also be used to directly control the air purifier.

Certainly, the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments. A person having ordinary skill in the art may further make equivalent modifications or replacements without departing from the gist of the present disclosure. These equivalent modifications and replacements shall fall within the scope defined by the claims of the present application.

Claims

1. A humidification module, comprising:

a module housing, wherein the module housing is internally provided with a humidifying air duct; and the module housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that communicate with the humidifying air duct, wherein the module housing comprises an enclosure provided with the air inlet and the air outlet and a ventilating duct section arranged inside the enclosure and dividing an inner cavity of the enclosure into an air cavity and a water storage cavity, wherein the air cavity is configured to be communicated with the water storage cavity to form the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part is arranged around the ventilating duct section; and
a breathable water absorption part arranged in the humidifying air duct, wherein the water absorption part is configured to humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct; and
a baffling part, wherein the baffling part is arranged in the humidifying air duct and located between an air exhaust vent of the ventilating duct section and the air outlet, wherein the baffling part is provided with a first connecting column, the ventilating duct section is provided with a second connecting column corresponding to the first connecting column, and the second connecting column and the first connecting column are connected by a fastener extending through the second connecting column and the first connecting column.

3. The humidification module according to claim 1, wherein the enclosure and the ventilating duct section are an integrally formed structure.

6. The humidification module according to claim 1, wherein the baffling part has an accommodating cavity for accommodating a working device.

7. The humidification module according to claim 6, further comprising a plate cover, wherein the accommodating cavity has an opening, and the plate cover is detachably connected to the baffling part to close the opening.

The humidification module according to claim 7, wherein one of the baffling part and the plate cover is provided with a clamping block, the other one of the baffling part and the plate cover has a buckle hole matched with the clamping block, and the clamping block is configured to be clamped in the buckle hole.

9. The humidification module according to claim 1, further comprising a grille connected to the enclosure and located at the air outlet.

10. An air purifier comprising a humidification module, wherein the humidification module comprises:

a module housing, wherein the module housing is internally provided with a humidifying air duct; and the module housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that communicate with the humidifying air duct, wherein the module housing comprises an enclosure provided with the air inlet and the air outlet and a ventilating duct section arranged inside the enclosure and dividing an inner cavity of the enclosure into an air cavity and a water storage cavity, wherein the air cavity is configured to be communicated with the water storage cavity to form the humidifying air duct, and the water absorption part is arranged around the ventilating duct section; and
a breathable water absorption part arranged in the humidifying air duct, wherein the water absorption part is configured to humidify air flowing through the humidifying air duct; and
a baffling part, wherein the baffling part is arranged in the humidifying air duct and located between an air exhaust vent of the ventilating duct section and the air outlet, wherein the baffling part is provided with a first connecting column, the ventilating duct section is provided with a second connecting column corresponding to the first connecting column, and the second connecting column and the first connecting column are connected by a fastener extending through the second connecting column and the first connecting column.

The air purifier according to claim 16, wherein one of the baffling part and the plate cover is provided with a clamping block, the other one of the baffling part and the plate cover has a buckle hole matched with the clamping block, and the clamping block is configured to be clamped in the buckle hole.

18. The air purifier according to claim 10, wherein the humidification module further comprises a grille connected to the enclosure and located at the air outlet.
