FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of portion 9 in FIG. 1.

The even-dash broken lines shown in the drawings depict portions of the LED display panel that form no part of the claimed design. The long-dash short-dash broken lines indicate the limits of the enlarged detail view and form no part thereof.
