Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface in accordance with the present invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image thereof.

The inner rectangular broken line illustrates a display screen or portion thereof. Broken lines outside the rectangle illustrate a device. All broken lines inside the display screen illustrate portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
