FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical to FIG. 3;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being identical to FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 5 is a cut-away view thereof taken along line A-A of FIG. 2 and viewed in the direction of the arrows.
