FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hydrant handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same as the side shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being the same as the top shown; and

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being the same as the end shown.

The broken line representation of a hydrant in FIG. 1 is for purposes of illustration only.-
