FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation thereof, as seen from the top of the cover;

FIG. 4 is an elevation as seen from the left of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the cover in a folded condition, with a portion fragmentarily broken away in cross-section for clarity of illustration.
