FIG. 2 is an end elevational view, the opposite end being the same in appearance as the end shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a transverse elevation section taken along lines 5--5 of FIG. 3; and

FIG. 6 is a longitudinal elevation section taken along lines 6--6 of FIG. 3 .
