FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror-image of the left side view;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-section taken on line 3--3 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-section taken on line 4--4 of FIG. 2.
