FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a paper shredder or the like showing my new design, the rear elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1, the side opposite being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof.
