FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a plastic wheel embodying the new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged fragmentary sectional view showing the spoke component of the wheel taken along line 4--4 in FIG. 3.
