FIG. 4 is an elevational view taken from the left side thereof.

FIG. 5 is an elevational view taken from the front thereof.

FIG. 6 is an elevational view taken from the back thereof.

The chain shown in FIGS. 1 thru 4 has been broken away in FIG. 5 and omitted in FIG. 6 for convenience of illustration.
