FIG. 2 is a top view thereof as seen from a plane parallel to the top surface, keys being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being essentially a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.
