FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the transom portion of a boat, the difference from the first embodiment being in the modification of vertical rear wall and the lack of brackets thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8.
