FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combined carrying handle and support base for a flashlight showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof with the handle in the stored position;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof with the handle in the base position;

FIGS. 9 and 10 are right side elevational views thereof with the handle in alternate base positions to hold the flashlight at an angle.

The flashlight and ground line are shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes.
